Pros:

A nice and cosy hotel in the centre of Kempten. Check-in and check-out are possible both online or in a self-service kiosk at the hotel, the process was very simple. The beds were soft and comfortable, the room itself felt very cosy with wooden decorations and big windows. Overall very happy with the stay.

Super ligging maar dikke 0 op klantenservice, trek uw plan !!!

Zeer gecompliceerd om in te checken.
Niemand aanwezig!!! Ook niet bij het uitchecken zodat wij de volle pot betaald hebben voor de parkeergarage in de binnenstad.
Klanten belden met een probleem naar het hotel nummer in de namiddag en vroegen of er iemand kon langskomen, het antwoord was nee!!!....

Pros:

vriendelijke mensen, checkin verliep via automaat maar was super geregeld. ontbijt in bakkerij ernaast ook heel goed. en dit alles voor een mooie prijs.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, schneller elektronischer Check-in - alles in allem prima für eine Nacht in Kempten

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig, wir haben fast alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören können und Pech gehabt, dass es von dort fast die gesamte Nacht etwas lauter zuging

Automat do meldowania, który nie działał prawidłowo i mimo kilku prób nie udało się zameldować. Brak personelu na miejscu, tylko kontakt przez telefon. Było to bardzo stresujące doświadczenie.

prima verblijf met prima ontbijt om de hoek bij de bakker
Cons:

inchecken was een beetje onduidelijk bij de automaat, maar na telefonisch contact werd de tweede kamersleutel op afstand uit de automaat getoverd.
Je moet wel een trap op dus voor mensen die gebrekkig ter been zijn is dit niet handig.

Uitstekend onderkomen op mooie locatie!
Pros:

Mooie schone kamer, goede bedden en prachtig centraal in het centrum.

Cons:

Het verkrijgen van een code voor de sleutelkluis liep niet goed. De code moest via een mail komen maar kwam niet. Dat bleek te liggen aan een storing bij booking.com.
