Our children loved it which in turn meant we did too. Just wish the food at the buffet was nicer.
Pros:

Facilities for young children, toddlers and teens were fantastic. Pools and water activities were great. Evening entertainment every night was great too.

Cons:

The food! Let down by the buffet as the food was often dry and meat chewy. The restaurants were delicious. If you’re using the buffet I recommend going for food that is cooked in front of you such as omelettes for breakfast, tuna steaks for lunch/dinner. There’s no laundry room to wash your own clothes so if you’ve got babies/young children and they get through a lot of clothes; you’ll need to wash them in the bathroom sink! They have a laundry service which is pricy.

An excellent trip in terms of the hotel, but be very careful about whom you arrange local excursions
Pros:

The food was absolutely excellent, the pools are among the largest I have ever seen, and the children's program was excellent.

Cons:

Be very careful with the concierge service that arranges island activities. It is a local tour operator that is poorly identified (it is not part of the hotel itself; it used to be Jumbo). We booked two island excursions. One was an absolute nightmare—we were constantly lied to, and it ended at a completely unsanitary location that, in my opinion, shouldn't even exist. We were forced to cancel the second excursion because of that experience. Something like this shouldn't happen at an excellent 5-star hotel. The hotel ought to take responsibility for the quality of the providers it allows to operate in its own lobby.

Hôtel vétuste, Clim ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres. Le personnel n’a rien fait malgré demandes. Carreaux cassés dans la chambre , fourmis dans ka chambre. Repas peu diversifié et décevant .
Rapport qualité prix très mauvais .

In all , our stay was very good . Our kids were really really happy .
Pros:

The room , pool , bar and kids activities were excellent.
My children had a great time.

We book a suite for my husband and I and did not have a double bed but 2 singles beds for a couple ! we had to sleep seperately as a couple and that was a let dwon. we requested a double bed but was told it not possible.

Cons:

Que un todo incluido te cobren los sumos aparte.que no funcione el aire acondicionado y después de pagar 1800€ por 3 noche te ofrezcan un ventilador pésimo ,que no funcione el tv en la final del mundial y llamas y el técnico nunca subió a solucionarlo, que una camarera discrimine una discapacidad y quite el cartel de la mesa para minusvalido sin preguntar si tengo minusvalía muy maleducada tienen que capacitar bien a los empleados , discapacidades hay muchísimas y no precisamente tienes que estar en silla de ruedas una persona con ceguera también es minusvalida

Ein super schöner entspannter Urlaub zum Kraft und Sonne tanken!

Zimmer: Größe, Ausstattung, Reinigung und Sauberkeit top
Essen: reichhaltige Buffetts, gute Qualität, bis zum Schluss wird nachgelegt, viele Servicekräfte
Pool: das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts- wir hatten einen Privatpool gebucht- einfach genial.
Service: zuvorkommend und in der kompletten Anlage wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet

Cons:

Um das Hotel sind nur andere Hotels, Abwechslung in gehweite aus unserer Sicht nicht vorhanden.

Fantastyczny pobyt rodzinny — idealne miejsce dla dzieci!

Spędziliśmy w Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife wspaniały rodzinny urlop i naprawdę jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Hotel jest świetnie przygotowany pod rodziny z dziećmi — od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy, że dzieci są tutaj bardzo mile widziane.

Ogromny plus za atrakcje dla najmłodszych, animacje, wieczorne show i całą atmosferę. Nasze dziecko było zachwycone, a my jako rodzice mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć, bo cały obiekt daje poczucie komfortu, bezpieczeństwa i dobrej organizacji.

Bardzo wysoko oceniamy również obsługę — pomocna, uśmiechnięta, życzliwa i profesjonalna. Zarówno w recepcji, restauracjach, barach, jak i przy animacjach wszystko było na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

Pokój / apartament rodzinny był przestronny, wygodny, czysty i dobrze przystosowany do pobytu z dzieckiem. Mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, żeby czuć się swobodnie przez cały wyjazd.

Jedzenie również bardzo dobre — duży wybór, różnorodność, opcje dla dzieci i dorosłych, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Na plus także bary i dostępność napojów oraz przekąsek w ciągu dnia.

Cons:

Jedyny mały minus to zimna woda w basenie oraz dość mocny wiatr podczas naszego pobytu, ale zdajemy sobie sprawę, że to urok wyspy i terminu, w którym byliśmy, a nie kwestia samego hotelu.
