I will go back, for sure. One of the best holidays I’ve ever had.
Pros:

My family had a wonderful time there. It seems like it is expensive, but it is worth every single penny. My daughter loved the kids club, the pools area and snack bar were great. The food in the buffet was always good… I only have good memories.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Bien mais pas un all inclusive comme on s’y attend .

Pas un all inclusive comme décrit sur booking , pour 5 nuits sur places , on a le droit qu’à une seule soirée spectacle . Si on en veut plus , c’est un supplément .
Aucune présentation de l’établissement et des commodités à l’arrivée , on nous dit de passer par l’application de la chaîne de l’hôtel qui ne décrie rien. On ne sait pas à qui sont destinées les animations, pas de détail pour certaines dont le titre n’est pas évocateur .
Bref un peu perdu au début et au bout de quelques jours, on s’y retrouve par nous-mêmes . Pas grâce à l’équipe …

Die Zirkusshow war sehr gut, Kinder können sich in der Rutschbahn gut unterhalten, Zirkeltraining im Gym.

Die Qualität der Speisen, es war sehr Mensafeeling, der Speisesaal war sehr überfüllt mit Warteschlange am Eingang. Die Tische wurden kurz abgewischt und direkt das Besteck der nächsten Gäste draufgelegt, auf den noch vom Wischtuch feuchten Tisch, für meine hygienischen Anforderungen zu wenig. Auch die Themenrestaurants waren vom Niveau her nicht besser, lediglich die Atmosphäre war angenehmer. Wlan sehr langsam, 2 Tage so gut wie ganz ausgefallen, die meisten deutschen TV-Sender haben nicht funktioniert oder gestört.
Im Schwimmbadbereich viele defekte Fliesen, welche oft spitzig abgebrochen waren, Verletzungsgefahr. Das aufbereitete filtrierte Wasser schmeckt mir persönlich auch nicht.

For the entire week, we were mostly served the same food. It was rare to find higher-quality options like beef steaks, and most of the meals felt very basic and inexpensive. We were allowed to reserve two restaurants during our one-week stay. We chose the Asian restaurant, which was very disappointing. In my own city in the Netherlands, I can easily buy a large portion of excellent ramen or wok noodles for around €20. Here, after paying €2,000 for a family of three, I was served a small bowl of wok noodles with very little meat, and it was extremely salty. Even the most affordable Asian restaurants usually prepare and serve much better food than this. The grill restaurant, however, was acceptable.

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality of the food and dining experience. It feels like most of what you pay for is the clean and beautiful building rather than the food itself.

The children daycare was good. And my daughter wanted to go again.

The spa center, which requires an additional fee, was also disappointing. We booked a couple’s massage, but unfortunately we experienced pain for about a week afterward. The overall experience did not feel professional.

In addition, we were not offered the option to take a shower afterward, and we were not provided with bathrobes. After the massage, we simply had to get up in a dark room and leave while our bodies were still oily, putting our clothes back on immediately. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and poorly organized.
