Wonderfull
Pros:

A great hotel, with exceptional, friendly professional customer service, throughout

The restaurant produced the best food we had during our stay and will recommend.

Good location, clean rooms, comfortable bed.

Cons:

I prefer firmer pillows, but this is a small thing.

Excellent location and traditional little hotel
Pros:

Because it was myself, wife and 10 year old son ~ originally meant to have a double room with balcony railway line and Mt Titlis facing room but as that was too cramped automatically upgraded to a larger triple bedroom facing lovely Engelberg and Mt Bruni side. We didn't really need balcony but large double windows which could be open either side in assorted versions was actually much better. The mixed sauna, steamroom upstairs on 3rd floor was brilliant.

Cons:

No air conditioning but that is expected in traditional alpine areas in Europe in cosy family run hotels. Lifts were a bit too small

Excellent central hotel
Pros:

Hotel Crystal is an excellent place to stay in Engelberg. It has private parking, a ski and boot storage room, and a very central location just behind the train station and a few steps from the ski‑bus stop. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Breakfast is great, and the restaurant is also excellent. The staff are extremely kind and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros:

O hotel é exatamente ao lado da estação de trem, proximo de tudo.
Temos um agradecimento especial a Beatriz, Fernando e a todo o pessoal que trabalha no hotel e que fala português “todos foram ESPETACULARMENTE” acolhedores, educados, gentis, nos sentimos muito bem mesmo!
O café da manhã é fantástico, uma variedade de queijo e pães…

Gute Unterkunft für Skiferien - sehr Zentral gelegen
Pros:

Check-In und Freundlichkeit waren jederzeit top. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Feiner Käse. Lage sehr ideal gleich "hinter" dem Bahnhof. Ideal für Skiferien.
Skikeller mit Heizstäben für Skischuhe waren top!

Cons:

Am Morgen beim Frühstück war es unterschiedlich mit der Aufmerksamkeit beim Auffüllen z.B. bei den Bohnen des Kaffeeautomaten, mit der Konfiture nachfüllen. Mal gab es mehrere Brotsorten, dann nur noch eine.
Bett war für uns leider nicht ideal. Matratze sehr weich (ich vermute Federkern) und Kissen auch nicht so toll. Zudem hatte die Bettwäsche Löcher.
