Camera mare si curata cu mobilier nou si interesant, Peisaj foarte frumos, marea este la cativa metri de hotel. Mic dejun foarte bun, personal foarte amabil.
Accesul spre ultimul etaj, unde am rezervat camera, era foarte greu, chiar periculos. Nu recomand ultimul etaj pentru copii mici.
Готель розташований прямісінько на узбережжі. Є зона для паркування. Гарний вид з номерів, вікна яких виходять на бік моря.
Готель не затишний. Персонал не привітний. Сніданок, який включений у вартість, починається дуже пізно, гнучкість відсутня. В номерах готелю є мухи. Готель виглядає новим, має чудову локацію, чого не мають більшість готелів Джунди, але він якийсь як без душі, недофінансований, а міг би бути просто діамантиком. Дуже дешеві аксесуари в ванній кімнаті (таке враження що придбані на акціі в а101), запрана (не дуже чиста білизна, або ж біле пралося з кольоровим), не дуже клієнтоорієнтовані власники/персонал, або ж готелем просто не займаються, а він собі якось функціонує сам по собі. Вартість 90 євро плюс просто за локацію - дуже дорого.

Great location overlooking the sea and easy car trip into Ayvalik and an easy stroll to the Cunda Markets. The host was lovely and breakfast was not only delicious but incredibly generous. The room was enormous and the bathroom a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony had furniture so that you could sit and enjoy the sunset.
The location was lovely, the staff friendly and really tried to help us when requested as English was not easy for them. This is a hotel frequented by the Turkish people and it was lovely to see the families enjoying their stay and being amongst the Turkish people on holiday.
The breakfast needs to have some variety as it is very limited in choice and some was fried food like chips for breakfast - not good for health and not really breakfast.

“Kivrikzade Hotel” on Cunda Island /Alibey Island/ is one of the most beautiful hotels on this paradisiac place. The hotel is located on the beach with unforgettable view to the nearby islands, gulf and Ayvalik and in same time on minutes walking distance from the historic center and main attractions of the island. The rooms in the hotel are enough spacious and well-appointed with stylish furniture. Breakfast is rich and tasteful, served during the summer on the spacious terrace of neighbor “Kivrik Hotel”. I recommend this hotel to all the tourists, which have desire to stay in one calm and beautiful place.
The location is very good and the views from the apartment’s balcony are very beautiful.
- AC is very poor not enough to have a cool room and comfortable sleep.

- after you book (which it is partial refundable from the first minute) they send you a message that they don’t allow you to bring food or drinks from outside also they don’t serve alcohol and they don’t allow you to bring from outside)

There is no lift, which is a little problem if you are on the second floor. Anyway, they helped me with the baggage.
The hotel is really great. The location is wonderful, seafront and a 10-15 minutes walk to the old city centre. The rooms look amazing and they are really large.
The staff was always trying to help.
The breakfast had a wide range of food and it was also delicious.
We have really enjoyed our stay here.
