It was a good place a night stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was ordinary. The location is perfect.

Cons:

There were basically nobody there including any service staff and had to go out to take dinner!

It fulfilled it's purpose but was no pleasure
Pros:

They had a fitness room. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The room was spacious.

Cons:

An employee used the fitness room to hang their clothes for drying. Most bathrooms lack toiletpapers. Our room's closet was moldy and water vapour came out of it after taking a shower next door. Most light fixtures were missing with unshielded cables dangling from the ceiling. The AC was not working. There was lout shouting by the employees in the hallways during the night. The tables in the restaurant were dirty and the stains on the tablecloth were the same during our entire stay. The employees wanted to throw us out to give our room to a different group only to change their mind and not tell us. There were very frequent blackouts. There were visible stains on the provided towels so we used our own.

Nice comforatable stay at Thodupuzha
Cons:

Facilities and staff were good. Breakfast spread was thin, nothing great. Otherwise it is a good property, conveniently located and has decent facilities.

If dining experience can be improved hood facility

Good access , centrally located , clean rooms

Cons:

Not great resturant experience, terrible room service . No food or room service till 7:30 in the morning. Most items on the menu is available only after 12 o’clock in the afternoon
