Pros:

Il buffet era completo e abbondante sia per quanto riguarda la colazione sia per la cena, cibo decisamente ottimo.

Cons:

La camera viene assegnata delle 15 in poi, non prima, anche se a me é stata consegnata alle 14.45 ca.
Per una persona che fa solo una notte e ha bisogno magari di una doccia o comunque di appoggiarsi alla camera é un pó scomodo.

Familiengeführtes, kleines Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Familiengeführtes Hotel in ordentlicher Lage. Zu Fuß sind es gute 5 Min. zur Spinale Bahn, aber es fährt auch ein Shuttle (mit sehr freundlichem Fahrer) die Gäste, wenn man nicht laufen mag.
Die Zimmer sind eher klein und zweckmäßig, für den Wellnessbereich muss man sich anmelden und einen Bademantel (gegen Gebühr) ausleihen.
Frühstück ist tadellos, beim Abendessen hatten wir Gemischtes erlebt: Wir sind am Sonntag angereist, da hatte der Koch womöglich frei, jedenfalls war das Essen nicht von einem Profi zubereitet - das war von Vorspeise über Haupt- bis Nachspeise durchgängig zu beklagen. Ab Montag ist dann Besserung eingetreten, auch das Abendessen war dann im Einklang mit den Erwartungen an ein ***-Hotel. Empfang und Bar sind räumlich etwas eng bemessen, im Speisesaal wird es bei voller Besetzung mitunter etwas laut, aber das ist alles erträglich - man muss es in Relation zum Preis als angemessen betrachten.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, italienische Sprachkenntnisse aufseiten der Gäste sind zwar von Vorteil, aber das Wesentliche kann man auch auf Englisch geklärt bekommen.

The hotel was exceptional value for money , very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Pros:

breakfast was good and the various offering were constantly refreshed. Wide selection. Evening meal was also very good.

Cons:

You had to ask for hot food which sometimes wasn’t quite as you may have thought - eg boiled eggs were hard boiled. However this was a minor issue.

Great place for skiing holiday with your pet (Cat).
Pros:

First of all the hotel is very friendly to cats and dogs. It is very comfortable place and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great - good selection of cold cuts, cheeses and cakes. Strong wifi.

Great quiet stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good though a bit small. The wellness center was small but comfortable. Location is great and staff were nice. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Parking pass was 50 euro depost. You get it back but it's an expensive up front cost. Would have been nice to have a fridge, glasses and stuff to make tea.
