The service at the hotel was exceptional! A special thank you to Sara at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful, kind, and welcoming, and always happy to help us with everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience — the hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay!

넘 맘에 들었던 호텔
Pros:

20일동안 여행하면서 유일한 5성급이라서 그랬는지는 모르겠지만 너무 비교되고 만족스럽고 여타 규모가 큰 5성급호텔들보다 훨씬 자상한 친절함이 느껴졌다.
일단 부캉닷컴에서 본 사진은 그냥 산장 같아 보였는데 하나하나가 다 고급스럽고 5성급에 걸맞게 청소상태 훌륭하고 룸들의 숫자가 많지 않아서 그런지 섬세한 서비스가 느껴졌다.
하루3끼를 꼬박꼬박 먹지않아서 보통은 조식을 신청하지 않는데 다포함되어 있는 시스템이라서 먹게 되었는데 안먹었으면 후회할뻔했다.
너무 고급스러운 아침식사였다. 뷔페가 아니고 각각의 코스에 내가 선택하면 3단트레이에 정갈하게 나오기도 하고 내가 이탈리아에서 먹은 빵들중에서 젤 맛았었다. 어디 하나 흠잡을데가 없었다. 담번에 내가 다시 돌로미티에 간다면 다시 가고싶은 호텔!!!

별루 딱히 없는데 굳이 말하자면 조식레스토랑 남자 직원이 너무 딱딱함, 미소가 없는정도~~
서비스생수가 넘 싸이즈가 작아서 물을 구입했더니 물을 한가득 가져다 줘서 남았다는것.

Staff was outstanding, property was amazing.
Pros:

Amazing experience with amazing staff. Everyone was fantastic, very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the stay was outstanding.

Cons:

Having to leave and not having booked another night at the property, but we had other nights and adventures planned elsewhere.

Pros:

Everything is absolutely perfect. It is expensive but the service and quality of the hotel and accommodation represents the price tag correctly.

Cons:

Had to wait 30 mins for the van once but not the hotels fault. There was a lot of traffic.
