We will be back…..
Pros:

Everything is absolutely perfect. It is expensive but the service and quality of the hotel and accommodation represents the price tag correctly.

Cons:

Had to wait 30 mins for the van once but not the hotels fault. There was a lot of traffic.

One of the most magical stays we’ve had.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was amazing. My husband and I both said this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel had such a unique charm to it and the decor was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and always available. We loved the spa facilities especially the outdoor hot tub and in door pool. The views were so stunning from every angle of the hotel. In addition the shuttle service was so easy and fast. We recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ortisei. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic staff! Made our trip extra special
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect for us-close enough to town for an easy walk but far enough out to be quiet. The hotel was very clean and we loved the amenities, especially the in-room sauna which easily accommodated our family of 5. There were also little touches like sweets and herbal tea nightly in our room and washing the windshield of our rental car before we checked out which were so nice.
Best of all though was the exceptional staff! Thank you to all of you for making us feel so welcome.

Cons:

Layout was a little confusing at first but not a big deal.

5 star hotel, with exceptional amenities and service. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Superb hotel! Perfectly located in the small town. Service from the staff was impeccable. Very cosy hotel and highly recommend it. I appreciated the ride into town with driver, nice touch.

Cons:

My only negative comment would the lack of views from the hotel and room. Such an incredibly gorgeous area of SudTirol, with exceptional views everywhere you go. However the hotel is tucked away on a tight street and my room with terrace and hot tub had no views and lacked privacy from other rooms.
