Poor pick up service
Pros:

Beds were fine. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Really poor pick up service from the airport. Bus had no signage, the driver refused to let me on as he didn't know the name of the hotel. He knew it as simply encore or W11. It took me 2.5 hours to get picked up and even then I had to argue with the driver. Very poor service. Don't mention Wyndham or Marriott the drivers think what relates to other hotels that the chain own.

Pros:

It's like business hotel / transfer hotel. Don't book if you want to explore shanghai..
Shuttle bus connectivity to airport and from there you can roam around via metro, but it will take nearly around 1.30 hr to reach city center in total.

Pros:

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. WiFi did not work. Industrial ugly surrounding buildings. Staff was very nice.

Pros:

This hotel locates nowhere in Shanghai, with no restaurants around, no movie theaters and shopping. Airport pickup service are good. Would not book again.

Pros:

Enjoyable stopover, quirky room - although you need to be agile for the loft rooms. Don't expect a high level of English but they use 'translate' on their phones if you have patience.
Good range for breakfast, Chinese style.
Couple of suggestions: label the shower handle for hot and cold, a bin upstairs would be helpful, check the curtains close properly, some sort of instructions in English for the TV as not all your guests will be Chinese.but lots of countries can understand a bit more English
