Pros:

Location is great as it is opposite COEX Mall and the airport limosine bus station. Concert goers will also find it conveniently placed near venues like Jamsil Arena (1 stop) and KSPO Dome. Room had plenty of space, a comfortable bed and an awesome shower. Staff were professional and friendly, and didn't hesitate to provide early check-in as my room was already prepared.

Adequate & serviceable lodging, would pay more for a bit more space & full control of room temp

Modern & Clean space, convenient location, easy connectivity with Netflix on tv

Cons:

Small space for 2 people plus luggage, room was not able to cool down because building was only running heat, beds were a bit stiff, only one pillow each, not adequate or convenient power outlets
