Overall, I love how clean the property is and how friendly and accommodating the staff was.
Pros:

I loved that they accommodated my disability and provided a wheelchair for me to use during my stay. I also love that we were able to store our luggage until checkin because our flight arrived at 4:30 a.m.

Cons:

I do wish the room for people with disabilities had two beds and the shower was a different set up. Currently, the entire sink, toilet, and shower are together in the same room which makes it dangerous because the floor stays wet for a while and navigating with my crutches on a wet floor was dangerous. Also, the shower chair is slippery. Thankfully, I am a small person. Anyone with a bigger bottom might fall off.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

It was a lovely experience to stay at GLAD Gangnam and be assisted by the lovely Heyne who was warm and very helpful - it made the check in process super smooth. Would highly recommend!

Great stay
Pros:

This hotel was modern and clean and in an excellent location. Just steps from a major subway line and Coex Mall. It was exactly the location we were looking for when trying to scope out this area of the city. Bed was big and comfortable, soaps smelled great, Hotel staff were all so lovely!

シャワーブースに扉があるのが良かった！

The front desk staff whilst checking in at 2.20pm on 12/5/2026 was absolutely rude. I had a complicated booking but the staff was very unhelpful. Also, they had rudely told me that the stool looking decor was not for seating and another staff came out to purposefully readjusted the stool although I have returned it to the original place. Further, the same staff also had a heated argument with another guest right next to me. I had to register for 10 other guest of mine, imagine the awkwardness that I booked into a hotel with such bad service. I’m a frequent visitor to Seoul and this is the most unpleasant experience that I’ve ever had.

Pros:

I booked this hotel as I was attending a concert in KSPO dome. The location was amazing — super easy to get to the concert venue, yet also near to touristy locations like Gangnam, Seongsu, Lotte World, and Seoul Forest. It was a very clean and comfortable room fully equipped with amenities. Staff were also very friendly and helpful and can converse well in English. I had a very pleasant stay!
