立地はサムソン駅の近くで、とても便利でした。

Cons:

チェックイン時の対応から、スタッフの方々の接客態度に残念な印象を受けました。

館内でスタッフの方とすれ違っても、挨拶がないどころか、無表情で対応されることが多く、こちらまで不快な気持ちになりました。

本来であれば、ホテルのスタッフと気持ちよく接することができるはずですが、むしろスタッフと顔を合わせないように行動したくなるほどでした。

このような接客であれば、いっそのこと無人チェックインの方が気持ちよく利用できたのではないかと感じます。設備やサービスだけでなく、スタッフの接客態度についても改善を検討していただきたいです。

Great location if you have business in Gangnam. Right next to the metro station, easy access to COEX mall.

Cons:

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. We’re pretty sure the kitchen must be under some form of reconstruction. For a hotel of this size, location and price range, this can hardly be their regular option. The eggs and sausage was cold, and at that price, even in Denmark we would expect a lot better quality. However: Looking at pictures and reading previous reviews we’re quite certain this can’t be the normal situation

Overall excellent location and close to many attractions however cleanliness and service could be improved

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great - drinking cups still had dirt on them when I first checked in; also found a couple of hairs in the toilet/shower even after housekeeping had made up the room and they did not bother to wash the used cups or clear the shower drain of dirt and hair. Staff service was lukewarm at best - when I tried to check in at 2pm the staff refused to let me check in early unless I wrote a review about the hotel first, which did not make sense to me at all since it would not be honest to review a room before I had even step foot in it. Obviously the room was already ready but they did not bother to offer it to me unless I wrote the review for them.

Nice room and not much else.
Pros:

The room was small but nice. The steakhouse restaurant was good. Good location.

Cons:

No much amenities, swimming pool. Gym is small.
