Room is tiny not for two people with bags, wardrobe is a joke with no shelves, it’s might be enough for one person.
You can’t get an iron in the room, but you can use it in laundry room..

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Metro Station Samseong und der Starfield Coex Mall. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. DasPersonal ist freundlich und es gibt am Eingang eine Kaffee Snack Bar.

Cons:

Man wartet etwas lange auf den Fahrstuhl.

Cons:

The room was small but liveable. Breakfast was limited and subject to availability. When I tried reserving breakfast, I was informed it was fully booked until after my checkout date. 😓. Luckily it was not a problem as the hotel is located near cafes and restaurants that open early.

Cons:

The room was very small and not particularly comfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit was located directly above the bed. Unfortunately, there was no way to adjust the airflow away from the sleeping area, and it was blowing directly onto my face during the night. As a result, I woke up feeling unwell the next morning.

The breakfast experience was poor. Food was provided cold and had to be reheated by guests in their room microwave. This is not what I would expect from a hotel and felt more like a budget hostel than proper hotel accommodation.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to access. Lia was extremely helpful and attentive, and she assisted us in resolving our issues promptly. Her excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much! We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity in the future. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Местоположение, чистота, обслуживающий персонал и на ресепшн и уборка. На ресепшне ребята заселили на три часа раньше, учитывая что я ночь не спала, это было подарком. По уборке я в один день отказалась, а она мне в пакете оставила воду и полотенца у двери, очень приятно.

Cons:

Подушки чуток жесковаты для меня. Остальное все на отлично.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed here for a work trip and the location is great - conveniently located beside exit 1 of the subway station. Heyne was very helpful at check-in. The room is a bit small but the bed is very comfortable so I passed out every night.
