לא פגשתי שירות כל כך אישי ומיוחד באף בית מלון בארץ. כל בקשה מטופלת מיד, היחס ללקוחות אישי (פונים בשם) , בגובה עיניים ומכובד מאוד. המון פרטים קטנים שמוסיפים לחוויה: יין חופשי, (יין איכותי מאוד), הסדר עם החניון ממול, אופניים ללא תשלום ועוד דברים.
ביקשנו להחליף חדר בגלל מבנה השירותים והמקלחת. בחלק מהחדרים חסרה קצת פרטיות בעניין הזה לפי דעתי.

Great location, we loved being minutes from the buzzing nachalat Benyamin. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, organising restaurant bookings, giving advice and always smiling. Best customer service we have received. Breakfast was great, we loved the free wine, free bike hire, free cold water on tap, free hot drinks (range of herbal tea and coffee).

Atmosphere is calm and romantic, staff is very very kind- Yuval, Vera and Vera were all amazing. breakfast was fun and tasty, location- perfect. the wine and all the goods= just make everything so fun. even parking for guests with car was 30 seconds walk.
The location is ideal and the property is updated and comfortable. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating whenever possible. It is a terrific option for a single traveler.

The Vera is a lovely boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional efficient and friendly staff. Very nice buffet breakfast. Loved the service of 24/7 availability of coffee/tea/water and the wine dispenser and don’t forget the cookies. Overall a lovely place located in a nice neighbourhood close to restaurants and walkable distance to the beach.
