לא פגשתי שירות כל כך אישי ומיוחד באף בית מלון בארץ. כל בקשה מטופלת מיד, היחס ללקוחות אישי (פונים בשם) , בגובה עיניים ומכובד מאוד. המון פרטים קטנים שמוסיפים לחוויה: יין חופשי, (יין איכותי מאוד), הסדר עם החניון ממול, אופניים ללא תשלום ועוד דברים.

Cons:

ביקשנו להחליף חדר בגלל מבנה השירותים והמקלחת. בחלק מהחדרים חסרה קצת פרטיות בעניין הזה לפי דעתי.
