Bed was the most comfortable in Vietnam. Room is very clean and washroom is very clean too. Very clean. Location is excellent.
The family lives downstairs and they are constantly loud and we can still hear them from upstairs. They can sometimes be loud to as late as 11:30 pm... and as early as 5-6 am... did not like that. Also, they have solar power so often times if you try to shower around 9-11 pm.. you will sometimes have no hot water. And its cold in Dalat!

Location near the center
This hotel does not fulfill its main purpose - providing a comfortable sleep.
The blanket had no cover. My wife and I were itching from it all night and could not fall asleep. Without the blanket, it was too cold to sleep.
The room was on the third floor, but we could hear everything that was happening on the first floor, not to mention the neighboring rooms and the shared shower. The noise started at 5 am, when the neighbors woke up.
As a result, we did not get enough sleep (my wife was able to sleep for only about an hour) and we had to change our plans for the next day, including changing a hotel, even though we had already prepaid for another night at this hotel.
close to attractions
you get locked in or out of the place after 11pm so fire safety isn’t a thing clearly . so wasn’t worth the money or the stay. the bed was way too hard and room 8 the people smoked outside the window so that’s all you could smell al night

Good location and quiet area- 15 min walk to main centre. Helpful and kind family who run the Homestay. The rooms were clean.
Quite noisy during our stay and there is zero soundproof in the room. You can hear other guests at night/morning.The bed was rock hard.
Location of the motel is good, although hard to walk or ride into due to high incline.
There is no private bathroom, it’s the shared one. Some guest were really noisy until midnight and start from 6 am.
Hotel of location is so good to enjoy special foot or to visit all DaLat city to easy
Around have many restaurant do delicious and cheap , you can go by foot
On rainy days, you can go too eat herb leaf +chicken and beef hotpot is so warm , so cool, yummy
Clean comfortable rooms at a very good price. Beds a little on the hard side but in no way uncomfortable. Doors have vents to stop mould growth which plagues a lot of other hotels in Da Lat. Just switch on the fan and you'll hear no other noise from the corridor :)

spotless clean , good price , close to crazy house 5 mins , quiet , excellent WiFi - lady owner very helpful booked my onward ticket no extra charge , also couple of good restaurants close by .
