Room was fine but the breakfast was poor.
Reint og pent, vennlige folk som jobbet der. Rommene var nye, men hadde littt lite innhold. Manglet ting i minibaren, og mange tomme skap. Men ryddig og pent.

SPA is incredible- we thought that it will be regular hotel room with some possibilities of relax, but it’s full SPA with great attractions. Staff is really helpful and always alerted (in good way) ready to answer your questions.
Property is felling like home with a lot of mystery rooms. Great fun to discover all possibilities. Rooms are great and well equipped.

Booking.com did make some mistakes with the booking, but they were corrected by the very friendly reception employee and we enjoyed the stay very well. The food was good and the services was excelent.

Het was schoon en netjes, maar niet zo leuk dat er voor arrangementen andere regels gelden dan voor losse gasten.
Cozy hotel. We had a room that was very new and clean. Great restaurant with good food and wine selection.
The staff members were super friendly. We had a little emergency and needed an ambulance. The hotel's employees could not have handled the situation any better. Excellent service!

It's perfect for a relaxed few days. Espescially if you like to use a sauna.
Everything was great. The place is especially great for senior people. That's why I would not recommend it for longer stays with children. They might get bored and the pool is more for relaxed calm swimming that for fun chases. But that's obvious from the hotel's description.
While we were staying there, there was no family with kids and I think that makes sense. So if I had children I would try to find a place with more action, I guess.
The room was OK with a balcony and little terrace.

Breakfast buffet only basic staff and not variety
Hotel`s restaurant was very good, although it happened two times to delay our meals (in first case we were waiting for almost 1 hour the main course) we did not any compensation about it and of course were not informed. Only after complaining we had some explanation about it.

Room was nice and warm but restaurant/ breakfast room were very cold therefore went elsewhere to eat after first night
Location. Staff is okay but you need to look for them to help you, as they might be doing different jobs at the same time (like receptionist AND waitress). We were there to visit family so for that purpose the hotel was okay.
Room was a good size but I wasn't impressed with how the room was cleaned and there was an odd smell in the room. For example: there were 4 toilet rolls all of different sizes stacked up which looks unwelcoming and like someone else just left the room. Stains on the shower, mirror etc. Hairs in drawers.. all these little things may not seem big but for a 4 star hotel I really expect a higher standard of cleaning.
