チェックイン時荷下ろしから部屋まで運び入れ、子供の浴衣アメニティ用品があり孫は喜んでいた。ハイランドパークチケットが割安であった。朝食バイキングでは、地産地の食材でとても美味しかった。オムレツは目の前で一つ一つ丁寧にチーズを入れるかなど聞いて焼いていた。孫はお代わりして食べた。テーブル席を自分達で探すのではなく案内されたのはよかった。チェックアウト時も車の誘導見送りがあった

スタッフの配慮と白濁温泉が良い！
Pros:

・スタッフの配慮が素晴らしい！
・夜の食事は懐石風に順番に運ばれて 説明をしてくれて 食べるだけでは無く 楽しい🎵
・朝のビュッフェも色々と有り ゆっくり食べる事が出来た！

Cons:

・温泉は白濁で良いのだが 露天風呂が男女交互で残念！
・露天風呂が小さくて景色が森だけ！
