Posizione ottima

Cons:

Arrivati al porto la sera causa ritardo traghetto, l’host non ha avuto la premura di spiegarci come arrivare all hotel e non ci ha avvisato che la tratta da fare era senza luci e con con poca linea. Ci poteva avvisare e far arrivare un taxi. Prendete un taxi se arrivate la sera. Per il resto la struttura è bella, in un ottimo posto e pulita.

Il bagno poco funzionale e totale mancanza di manutenzione e necessità totale ristrutturazione,il frigorifero che refrigerava poco e niente e aria condizionata molto rumorosa .

I can’t wait to go back!

The host was really friendly and accommodating. The location was wonderful, really close to the “it” place to go out without being noisy and attached to a minimart, which is extremely convenient.

Cons:

Wi-Fi did not work in the room but only outside near the reception desk.

Chambre fonctionnelle, petite mais bien aménagée et équipée.
Elisabetta est très disponible et sympathique.
L’hôtel est bien situé proche des sites de départ des randonnées vers le volcan.

Pros:

Es un lugar muy agradable en la falda del volcán. Esta a unos diez minutos caminando del centro y de la playa. La recepcionista, Elisabetta fue encantadora y nos reservó un taxi desde el puerto, muy atenta.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy básicas, el mobiliario de la habitación es poco cómodo, incluyendo la cama. Necesita una renovación

The staff was absolutely amazing, such a nice people!

Interior of the room was quite lovely too and beach just in few minutes from the villa

La struttura pur pulita è datata, le camere sono vecchie e accessori rotti, i bagni da rifare, occorre una bella ristrutturazione, il personale carinissimo
