Very convenient hotel for a late arrival or early departure from airport.
Pros:

Having a room within walking distance of the check-in counters was wonderful with a 6 a.m. flight. The price was reasonable for an airport hotel. The room was clean and modern. There was someone at the reception desk 24 hours which was reassuring in case I needed something. I wish every airport had a Campanile.

Receptionisten var kär och gav vår hund ett leksakstuggben.

Cons:

Hotellet erbjuder ingen egen parkeringsplats så man är lämnad till att parkera på några av flygplatsens parkeringsplatser till galna priser, speciellt för en natt om man enbart är på genomfart. Hotellet erbjuder rabatt på parkeringen men det var ren tur att jag läste det från andra gäster det innan vi löst parkeringen. Rummet skulle behöva en uppfräschning av väggarna, så mycket märken så det ser slitet ut men i övrigt fint och fräscht. Det hade varit positivt om det framgick på rummet om gratis Wifi som på många andra hotellet med inloggningsuppgifter. Generellt ganska så tråkigt bemötande men inget anmärkningsvärt jämfört med andra inom servicesektorn i Tyskland. Har aldrig varit med om att resturangpersonal tillfrågar en om ens rumsnummer när man tar av frukostbuffén, det kändes också snålt och ogästvänligt. Dessutom erbjuds inga matalternativ mer än beställa från en restaurang för hemkörning som fått väldigt dåliga betyg, detta om man anländer efter restaurangerna stängt på flygplatsen. Om man då betalt dyr parkering så är man ”fast” för att kunna handla själv via andra alternativ.
