Unclean, keys would not work more than once , put us in 3 different rooms in a 3 day stay Waited 45 minutes outside room before maintenance showed up to lets us in when keys didn’t work.

The half drank Dr pepper in the fridge, the light above the sink didn't work and the water coming out of the pipes right outside our door

Nothing!! It was in the hood!!
Dirt and dust on bathroom floor. No personal coffee maker. Had to go a Ross street to Baymont lobby also had to ck in across street. Used white putty to try to fix door in bath.
Room was fine everything was clean enough. I wasn't expecting much.
I was charged a smoking fee although I did not smoke in my room. I was told a manager would call me but I did not receive any call. Would really like to know why I was charged a smoking fee when I did not smoke in that room.
No breakfast offered
The beds were awful—lumpy and crinkly, so uncomfortable!

The motel did not provide breakfast. However, the nearby diner had great breakfasts. The location was great for attendance at the Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festival.
I would like a coffee maker in the room and a freezer in the refrigerator. The light in the bathroom kept going out and eventually wouldn't come on at all. I reported it to the front desk with no result.
THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN
HAD NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM, THE REMOTE FOR THE TV WORKED PART OF THE TIME, VERY NOISY WHEN SLEEPING THE WALLS WERE VERY THIN, NO CONDIMENTS FOR YOUR COFFEE, THE FAUCET FOR THE SINK DRIPPED, THE DOOR WAS VERY HARD TO LOCK FROM THE INSIDE, HAD TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO GET A COFFEE MAKER TO MAKE COFFEE AND CONDIMENTS.
