Pros:

Personnel aimable. Chambre rénovée.

Cons:

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Chambres plus petites que sur les photos.
Ne pas prendre les transferts et les excursions à l'hôtel car bien plus cher que si l'on va en agence.
Ajout de 8% de frais pour paiement par carte alors que partout au Vietnam ça n'a jamais été plus que 4%...

Guide of day tour was great

Bad customer service of hotel. I came by 1130 by noon , they still charged me 200.000 vnd just to check in earlier while i did the same with all others hotels in Viet Nam and they did not charge (4 star hotels and even 3-2 stars hotels in Saigon and Hanoi all did not charge me once i came by 1130-1200 at noon and they still gave me the rooms earlier with no extra cost). The problem was not money due it was small amount but the lack was the customer serivce was not good at all. The day tour was ok and the guide of day tour was great. Breakfast was very very poor and the cleanness is the lack of hotel

Pros:

The location was good, very close walking distance to the Main Street but hotel is on a quieter street. The staff were great, and assisted us in booking scooters through the hotel. The air con in the room was very good.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacklustre, our room was small and the bedding was a little uncomfortable.
