Great stay!
Pros:

Good location near the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Nice rooftop area with pool and view of the ocean.

La colazione solo salata, per chi come me ama la colazione dolce , vada a comprarsi la marmellata o la nutella. E anche il latte fresco perché non sempre c’era. Bữa sáng khá ổn với tầm giá 3 sao, bể bơi view đẹp

Cons:

Mình vô Đà Nẵng lần này là lần 3, lần 1 ở Ritzy boutique, lần 2 ở Wyndham Golden Bay và lần 3 ở Soho. Đã trải nghiệm đủ tù 3 đến 5 sao, mình biết tầm 3 sao so sánh với 4 và 5 sao thì khập khiễng nhưng có một vài vấn đề cơ bản như sau:
- Wifi rất kém, mình có 5G ok không sao nhưng các thành viên khác không có data thậm chí phải ngồi ở cửa phòng để bắt wf
- Tivi không truy cập được Youtube
- 601, mình book dlx city vì có bàn ghế để làm việc nhưng mình đang làm việc thì 1 chân bàn rơi ra, không dùng đc nữa luôn
- Nhà vệ sinh và nhà tắm siêu có mùi khai, cả 3 nite mình ở đều không khắc phục được. Chỉ cần mở cửa nvs/nhà tắm là mùi khai sẽ xộc lên mũi. Phòng tắm chỉ cần tắm khoảng 5 phút bước ra ngoài là nước tràn ra khu vực lavabor
- Nhà mình có 1 nam, trong 2 đêm lưu trú đầu tiên không hề có dao cạo râu cho khách lưu trú, thậm chí tối ngày t2 xuống lễ tân hỏi xin 1 chiếc nhưng lễ tân báo HẾT, thực sự không hiểu. Rồi tối ngày hôm sau mình xuống lễ tân xin 1 lần nữa thì được cho 1 chiếc
- Chăn và đệm không biết ks giặt bằng gì nhưng mùi thuốc tẩy rất hắc, chỉ cần đắp chăn qua mũi thôi là không thể chịu được liền
- Phòng cách âm rất tệ, hành lang nhỏ và tối. Khi house keeping làm việc thì khăn, ga, chăn nằm la liệt dưới đất, xe chắn lối đi
This is my third time visiting Da Nang. Having stayed at Ritzy Boutique (4 stars) and Wyndham Golden Bay (5 stars) previously, I understand that comparing a 3-star hotel to higher categories can be unfair. However, there are fundamental issues at Soho that are simply unacceptable:
Poor Wi-Fi: The connection is extremely weak. While I could rely on my 5G, other family members without data had to sit near the room door just to get a signal.
Unpleasant Odor & Drainage: The bathroom emitted a strong, foul smell (like urine)
Room 601 Facilities: I booked a Deluxe City room specifically for the desk and chairs to work. However, while I was working, one of the desk legs fell off, making it completely unusable.

Pros:

Located in a convenient neighborhood with many shops and services, it's within walking distance of the beach and surrounding areas. The rooms are clean with modern amenities and offer beautiful sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful. My family will definitely return to this place on our next visit to Da Nang.

Like a scam, I booked a double bed but being arranged to a twin room. They combined two twin beds into one and called it a double bed. What a plot twist!

Cons:

A bit far from the main restaurant area, only a 25-30minute walk so it wasn’t the end of the world but something to consider. The breakfast buffet was definitely catered towards Asian tourists as it was mainly seafood soup and various rice dishes. This is fine but a bit of a struggle as a vegetarian and also something we weren’t used to eating in the morning.

Recommend this accommodation, great vicinity.
Pros:

The room was lovely. Nice and clean and the balcony gave us a good view.

Cons:

The breakfast was very substandard. Not much to choose from, and some of the dishes were empty, even though we were quite early to get there.
