Mochten we kunnen waren we vroeger vertrokken
Pros:

De portier

Cons:

De vuile haren in de douche. Onvriendelijk personeel, slechte bedden, slecht gekuist. Slecht omtbijt, veel lawaai op de gang. Ze beloven je een upgrade en dan krijg je geen, zeer zuinig op wc papier, geen aanrader!!!!

Good Stay, Can Improve
Pros:

Location was top notch. The rooftop pool was cherry on the top.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not working during the entire stay. The staff arranged for a standing fan but that did not suffice as it was very humid.

Unreliable. Asked to cancel last minute.
Cons:

They overbooked. Asked me cancel at the last minute. I had to scramble and find another accommodation after just landing in the country. Think twice before booking and keep a backup handy as this can happen with anyone.
