Niente . É stato tutto perfetto !
En general nada
Los muebles y todo en general está viejo que parece sacado de la basura. Da asco , la verdad. Hay un bar ruidoso con música abajo de algunas de la habitaciones. El baño se inunda cada vez que te duchas. Huele mal.
Difficile dire cosa mi sia piaciuto. Rispondo con le parole dell'host, da lui scritte in chat per minimizzare i disguidi che ha provocato modificando la mia prenotazione causando una maggiore spesa che sarebbe stata anche superiore se l'ottimo help desk di Booking non avesse richiamato efficacemente l'host ad un comportamento più corretto: "vedra' che passera' delle ottime vacanze conil sole e mare balneabilissimo e caldo". In effetti è stato così ma "sole e mare balneabilissimo e caldo" non sono un suo merito.
Pensandoci bene la cosa che ricordo con più piacere è il bar di fianco su strada: perfetto per chi non vuole rinunciare al cappuccino e cornetto (o simili) all'italiana.
Il contributo dell'host alla vacanza è stato per me complessivamente negativo (vedi sopra).
L'edificio non recentissimo e non in ottimo stato, in cui sono presenti le camere e gli appartamenti si trova attualmente all'interno di un'area che è divenuta un grande cantiere, con palazzi ed aree in costruzione situata alla periferia dell'abitato (vedi foto). L'impressione non è positiva e non sembra affatto di essere in una zona turistica balneare, sebbene spiaggia e mare siano abbastanza vicine ma invisibili.
L'appartamento assegnatomi era grande ma in un stato di manutenzione discutibile, con la finestra della camera chiusa con lo scotch e l'intonaco scrostato in soggiorno e sul pianerottolo (vedi foto). Il letto è comodo
Posizione eccezionale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla migliore spiaggia di Boavista e 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sal Rei

All the information provided were lies. About accommodation (its a shared apartments, be aware you will share bathroom and kitchen with 3 or 4 other people!!) about amount of people with who you will apartment share, about amount of bedrooms in 1 apartment etc..

Esperienza negativa, versione breve: abbiamo prenotato un intero appartamento di 85mq e ci siamo ritrovati in una camera in un appartamento condiviso. Versione lunga: avevamo prenotato un appartamento mesi prima con booking, abbiamo avvisato il giorno prima che il volo era stato cancellato e saremmo arrivati con un giorno di ritardo (comunicando il numero del nuovo volo e non chiedendo alcuna riduzione del prezzo) e ricevendo l'ok dal proprietario. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata mostrata una camera con letti singoli in un appartamento condiviso insistendo sul fatto che era quella che avevamo prenotato, senza fornire alternative in quanto le oltre sistemazioni erano tutte occupate. Dopo aver contattato booking l'operatrice ha confermato che la nostra prenotazione era per un intero appartamento e non quella mostrata al nostro arrivo e ha concordato con il propietario che, vista l'ora, avremmo soggiornato gratuitamente una notte.La mattina seguente abbiamo trovato autonomamente un altro alloggio. Il tutto ovviamente ci ha creato notevoli difficoltà, visto che non conoscevamo il posto, fare le telefonate a Capoverde è complicato e trovare un alloggio all'ultimo minuto nel periodo natalizio non è facile.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! Fabio è un host eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a ogni dettaglio. Appena arrivati ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, facendoci fare un piccolo giro e spiegandoci molte cose interessanti sull’isola di Boa Vista. L’appartamento è in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi sia dalla spiaggia che dal centro di Sal Rei, il che rende tutto molto comodo. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment was super clean and spacious, it's very well located near to the beach, nice wee balcony
Not a huge issue but just to be aware the sofa bed is good for children but might be a bit uncomfortable for adults
