Free pick-up services are available from Oishi Park between 15:00-18:00. There is also a free pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station at 1600 and 1700. Please kindly note that pick-up may not be available on certain days, such as when traffic is restricted due to fireworks festivals or marathon events.

good view from room, nice homemade umeshu, very private and peaceful stays.
Pros:

room is not very small, dinners is nice (recommending fish and beef, also add extra rice for ¥100) didnt try the onsen though.

Cons:

the location is too difficult to walk around or go to any convenient store(not any anyway). the property provides drinks vending machine but with limited amounts. the toilet is not electrical type.

ที่พักค่อนข้างเป็นแบบคนญี่ปุ่นวัฒนธรรมสูง เลยมีกฏระเบียบเยอะ ปูที่ปูเอง มีขั้นตอน ไม่ยุ่งยากแต่การถอดรองเท้า พอเราจองเป็นครอบครัว ให้ ถอดรองเท้าจกหน้าที่พัก ห้ามเหยียบขึ้นพรม เปลี่ยนเป็นรองเท้าที่พัก มีแค่สองอัน ใส่ผิดช่องโดนว่าอีก แต่จากห้องมองเห็นภูเขา สวยเลย ออนเซน น่าจะเห็น แต่เราไปกลางคืนอดเห็น ห้องออนเซนดี มาตรฐาน

Amazing place to stay, highly recommend, although a bit difficult to reach.
Pros:

The view on mount Fuji in the morning was amazing, cosy indoor onsen, tattoo friendly. Dinner was amazing and the staff was very friendly as well (one spoke Englisch as well) and provided a ride to the nearest bus stop in the morning. One of my most favourite places I stayed in all of Japan.

Cons:

With a lot of heavy baggage, it's a bit hard to reach since the last part had to be reached on foot. The buses only go till around 6pm.

お値打ちの価格で泊まることができてよかったと思います。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。部屋から富士山の眺めがとてもよかったです。

Cons:

温泉に入りにいく時に外に出なくてはいけないこと。足元も暗くてクモの巣が頭について最悪でした。屋根をつけるとかしてもらえるといいと思います。温泉のお湯が低すぎて出ると寒いぐらいでした。
