I did not complete my stay i booked a different hotel and went there after seeing the rooms
The hotel is nothing like it shows in the pictures
Overall a great ambiance and a good day .
There is a person (booking .com)I don't know their name but I mentioned his contact no he is very rude he talks to me bullshit he uses very harsh words like "I m not your servant" he disconnected the call as well
I call him 5-6 times His voice is very low I just say can u speak loudly and he is starting yelling at me . Very disappointed even though he is not an arranged cab as well. (9284586779)

Room was spacious.
1. Issue of hot water in morning when there are too many guests.
2. No proper dinning hall. Poor maintenance of utensils.
3. Too many steps to climb before you reach to your room.
Nothing..it was totally waste of money.Not value for money.
No toiletries, room were not clean, worst food, location also far from attractions.

was extremely unhygienic . We paid Inr 24000 for 3 days but we checked out immediately on the first day . rooms were extremely dirty and the bathroom was not fit for use at all. The moment we checked in, we checked out . The situation was so bad
The hotel is a bit far from the busy centre. The staff is very caring for the guests. They arrange for a transport if needed. The food is very good. It was nice to have the meals outside on the terrace. The garden is beautiful though small. And my room had a bathtub!
