Hotel da ristrutturare, bagni vecchi, rotto e teasandati, asciugamani sporchi e nessuno dei confort pagati era presente. Personale scorbutico e poco disponibile.

La struttura è vecchissima. L'acqua è solo bollente o solo gelata ed è ferriginosa. L'albergo è tutto da ristrutturare

Viaggio a Santa Caterina valfurva
Pros:

in generale voto sufficiente in quanto colazione discreta e di buona qualità’ la camera pulita peccato per il bagno che non aveva il phon e manca l’acqua dalla doccia e quella poca che esce e’ pure fredda, hotel un po’ da rivedere struttura vecchia e poi la camera con sottotetto che una volta aperto con fatica, non si richiude più’ e si presenta esternamente sporco e con ragnetti di cui uno alla sera sul cuscino, la mia preoccupazione se piove entrerà l’acqua? Le lenzuola sono lise e presentano buchi qua e là’ a volte con strappi. Il Wi-Fi in camera non esiste e la tv riceve solo le reti Rai, Mediaset non va e non ci sono canali satellitari. La sufficienza generale per colazione discreta ottima posizione, ma voto insufficiente per i servizi interni che non rispettano quello indicato in fase di prenotazione:
