Business trips are optional, but for tourism accommodation, there are better choices.
Pros:

It's relatively close to the industrial park where I work.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast offers very limited choices of food. The beverages are only coffee and juice, without milk. The WiFi signal in the room is extremely poor and often causes the connection to drop. As a hotel priced at $90 per night, it is not a very cost-effective option. Moreover, there are many student activities on weekends, making the entire corridor noisy and chaotic.

The room is spacious. Early morning you will hear the noise from the housekeeping. Did not mentioned in the booking that the swimming pool is not working. Breakfast is very poor and limited . No drinks for little one.

Lovely rooms and facilities. Comfy bed.
The staff are wonderful, especially Crystal.

Cons:

The pinging noise from the elevator nearby, half of my stay. Noise from inconsiderate guests late in the night.

I paid more then 8000₱ for 1 night stay in room with double bed ( since we arrived early we were charged 2000₱ more )
When asking for a ironing board and machine
They charge extra 100₱
This should be standard available in the room
You can book a 5star hotel in Makati for this price

The room was clean and big, I didn't hear any noise from the outside

Cons:

NO Wi-Fi in the room that I stayed 8309.
I used a glass for drinking and the next day I asked for make up room, I noticed that they just dried up the glass and didn't wash it. How? My lip mark was still there and the lip balm.

The hotel has everything I needed for the purpose of my trip.

Very polite and very accommodating staff members.
Perfect location for the purpose of my travel.
The hotel restaurant serves authentic Filipino dishes.
Very clean rooms and amenities (corridors, rooms and lobby)
Houskeeping: bed sheets and towels are changed daily.
Swimming pool is being cleaned daily.
Room service is very prompt, they serve food and things you need on time.

Cons:

Some minor issues (leaking air conditioner, noise along the corridor in the morning)
