Great quiet street, but far from the sights. Aka you can't have it all at this price.
Pros:

Location was close to termini, quiet at night, and Slim was friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The caveat to a quiet area is that everything is a 15 to 20min walk. Bring sensible shoes and prepare to walk.

Everything was truly excellent and we had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and they greeted us warmly while also giving helpful tips on what to visit during our stay in Rome. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, Termini Central Station is very close, and many landmarks are also within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed everything and my stay at this hotel fully met my expectations.

Hotel super consigliato per la posizione strategica vicino la stazione di Termini ma nonostante ciò la zona è tranquilla
Pros:

Il sig. Slim è stato di una gentilezza rara!! Ci ha spiegato come raggiungere tante belle mete a Roma , ci ha accompagnato in camera per spiegarci tutte le cose ed inoltre si è preoccupato anche di consigliarci dei posti buoni dove andare a mangiare!! Speciale! La camera era pulita e provvista di tutte le comodità!! Torneremo sicuramente

Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування, метро 5 хв, автобус 5 хв, історична частина міста до 30 хв.
Дуже привітний персонал, на рецепшині мені підсказали, яки пам'ятки в якої послідовності відвідувати, на якому транспорті, порадили зручний додаток таксі, викликали в ночі таксі до аеропорту. Номер чистий, рушники міняли кожен день, постільну белизну через день.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly. They explained everything, were able to accommodate us late at night, and provided luggage storage after checkout. The room was cleaned daily, the sheets were changed, and bottles of water were provided daily. There was a refrigerator and air conditioning. In such hot weather, returning to the room was a blessing.

Locația, excelenta aproape de gară. Mi-a plăcut ca poti lasa bagajele la receptie, si personalul dispus sa te ajute

Clădirea, e sinistra . Si coverturile paturilor ar merita schimbate. Ceva mai deschis la culoare ar lumina camera

Great place great location, Great value for money
