Pros:

가까운 곳에서 맛있게 먹었습니다.

호텔 입구 문이 통유리로 되어 있는데 들어 갈때는 오른 쪽에 유리 주의 표시가 있고 오른 쪽부터 열리니까 문제가 없었는데 아침에 식사 하러 나가면서 큰 문제가 생겼다. 조금 세게 부딧쳤으면 앞니가 부러지는 큰 사고가 날뻔하였다. 물론 부주의 탓이지만 나오면서 자동으로 열리는 줄 알고 밖에 비온 것만 보면서 나가다가 유리를 보지 못하고 쾅하고 부딧쳐서 앞니가 우리하게 아프고 이마에 혹이 생겼는데 와이프한테 챙피하여 괜찮다고만 하고 말았는데 유리에 좌우 끝까지 굵은 띠가 눈에 보였으면 하는 생각이 있었다. 체크아웃 할 때 사람이 없어서 그대로 나왔고 글로라도 알리게 되어 다행이다. 시정이 되었으면 좋겠다.

The one thing I liked were that they had a small refrigerator.

Cons:

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The room had no ventilation, the air conditioner was broken, and the only setting that worked slightly was the fan — which barely functioned. Because of this, I tried opening the window, but that resulted in a swarm of mosquitoes entering the room, leaving me with multiple bites.

Throughout my stay, I couldn’t sleep properly due to the mosquitoes and the poor air circulation.

I informed the receptionist, but he said there was nothing he could do about the air conditioner. He came to my room and set the fan to “blast,” but it made no difference. He also kept suggesting that I open the window again, even after I explained that mosquitoes were coming in and biting me. I even showed him my mosquito bites, yet he insisted there were no mosquitoes. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had just sprayed insecticide in the room and couldn’t ventilate it properly afterward.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — not only because of the condition of the room but also because of the lack of courtesy and concern from the staff. Additionally, the pictures online did not match the actual room, which was very disappointing.

Also, the sheets had a questionable white stain on them.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues so that future guests don’t have to go through the same experience.
