A comfortable, cozy hotel in a top location, staff are friendly and accommodating, we‘ll be back for sure.
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in a wonderful location near the Oder River, friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms and design are quite dated, but comfortable and cozy. Wifi was reliable and usable.

Drei schöne Tage an der Oder, und unser Hotel war eine wunderbare Basis - vielen Dank!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, für wirklich jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, richtig gut! Unser Zimmer und auch das Bad waren geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet, alles hat seinen Platz gefunden. Die Lage an der Alten Oder ist natürlich wunderbar, wir hatten das Hotel auch deshalb überhaupt ausgewählt. Übrigens ist auch die Anbindung mit der Tram Linie 1 Richtung Bahnhof und Zentrum) sehr praktisch für uns Bahnfahrer gewesen.

War voll OK und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgesprochen gut.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an der Endhaltestelle der Tram 1 . Sehr gute Verbindung zum Bahnhof. Ruhige Lage. Sehr geschichtsbezogen auf Heinrich von Kleist. Dem entsprechend auch die Einrichtung . Sehr schön.
Und man bekommt auch einen Schlüssel!!! -keine Karte- für das Zimmer , sehr stilvoll. "Biergarten" vor der dem Hotel perfekt.
Das Frühstück ist perfekt. Der Kaffee schmeckt und keine "blaugrauen Eier".
Und ja , das Bett / Mattratze war für mich o.K !. Und auch kein Lärm. Da ist ist nichts, keine Straße .

Und natürlich sehr freundliche Personal .

Ein gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Die Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Die großen Kopfkissen fühlen sich an, als seinen sie elektrostatisch aufgeladen. Das ist unangenehm und erschwert das Einschlafen.

Die Lage für Radfahrer ausgezeichnet, schöne Zimmer, alles sauber, herzlicher Empfang, Kühlschrank mit Getränken vor Ort (natürlich kostenpflichtig), netter Garten, Fahrradraum vorhanden.
