Pros:

Breakfast wasn't available at the property at all so I can't comment on that. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room which I appreciated. There was a bar area downstairs but it looked like the actual bar had permanently closed and hadn't been used to serve drinks for some time. But not a big deal. You are allowed to eat take away food in the downstairs "bar" area but not in the rooms, which is fair enough I suppose.

Cons:

I had a room advertised as having a "private bathroom". However this was stretching the definition. The toilet and sink were in the room, however the shower room was along the corridor two rooms down.

It is in a good location to the Town

Cons:

I did ask for a lower floor ( has I suffer with my knees & hip) but the room was small with a double bed

A Super Stay!
Pros:

The owners were amazingly welcoming and would go out of their way to assist me with my suitcase and guide me to my room. I definitely felt welcome here. The room was tidy, bed was comfy and perfect for my weekend working at the Comic-Con around the corner 🙂

Cons:

Ensuite bathroom was tiny. Didn't bother me a lot, but for others it may be a challenge
