Pros:

The worst experience I had ever had with a staff at any hotel/hostel ever. The receptionist was really rude and unprofessional and the guy that was on the night shift was even worse, he made us wait for about 12-15 minutes and then he shoved up drunk and laughing at us saying we don't have a reservation while having my information under the front desk that he brought up after i got a pissed off. At 5:00 Am there were screaminings as they were fight in the hole way. Never ever I would go back there even I would get paid. Disgusting.

Meu nome não estava na reserva e o hotel nem mesmo tinha parceria com Expedia ou anoteis.vom. Reclamei com hotéis .com, mas não obtive ressarcimento
