Pros:

Housekeeping could definitely be improved, otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Great location, bed was amazing and very comfortable, Cleanliness

Cons:

We made it very clear when we checked-in that we need continuous power to run two computers. However, housekeeping took it upon themselves to disconnect the power thereby shutting down my computers.
No shower caps were provided but my wife always travels with one, just in case. Howevere, housekeeping took it upon themselves to dispose of her cap on the first morning of our 7-day stay for no reason and no replacement.

Pros:

Great location. Nice big room with high ceilings. Very quiet from road noise

Cons:

Noisy person in next room, noise came through adjoining door, Reception hard to find. why doesn't it say "Reception" on the Level 1 sign? Reception supposed to be open until 3, but staff member already gone by 2:45 so had to call and send photo id, etc.. which was a pain.

Generous comfortable rooms. Excellent location near South Melbourne market.
Pros:

Generous sized room and ensuite.
Furnishings etc. – plush!
Double glazing was excellent, diminishing any hubbub from the pub below. although check-in was done remotely it was seamless

Pros:

I really liked the area and the easy Check in a Check out Options. Rooms were very clean a spacious.

Cons:

I did not like the random decoration, that the toilet lacked a lid and that you could not lock the room from the inside.

Location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants & crown casino just down the road, Clarendon Hotel bar staff were great, Thursday night is parmi night so I tried the loaded parmi it was the bomb! 🙂

Cons:

Would Recommend Changing The Blinds As Its Very Bright In The Morning And Alot Of Light Comes In When Shut Makes It Hard For People Who Want To Sleep In. And One Of The Blinds Was Broken. Wouldn't Retract. Need Extra Pillows In Room.

Very pleasant, very clean, super comfy bed, the instructions were easy to understand!
