Pros:

Tram stop right out the front of the hotel made it easy to get to the city. Only a short walk to the South Melbourne Markets. Room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs

Great location, hotel entrance in alleyway so bit hard to find, the lift is not working during our stay thus it was not

The hotel was really nice and in a quiet location close enough to the city fir convenience but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms were really nice and they communicated really well when I told them I would be arriving late.

Loved it, very comfortable and everything was convenient
Pros:

It wasn’t in the city but still close and the price was very affordable, location and price and the room was really nice as well the beds/pillows were comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much and will be staying everytime we come to Melbourne in the future. Thank you!

Cons:

The slit system in one of the bedrooms wasn’t really working as I’d like it but other than that everything was good

Great Location, well priced, easy check in.
Pros:

Great location, generous rooms, great spot for families.
Well priced an easily accessible. Great vibes int he room and easy to check in and out.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. there were stains on the bed runner and rubbish in the bin when we arrived.

Great location roomy renovated accommodation
Pros:

Great location easy tram ride to the city a few minutes to restaurants and the amazing South Melbourne Markets the best market I have ever been to. Really comfortable Bedding roomy unit with a modern upgraded feel.

Cons:

No balconies which is fine my only complaint a little noisy but being a Pub I was expecting some......
