Comfortable!
Pros:

部屋がとても広くて清潔で心地よく過ごせました。一階のパブの音楽が賑やかでしたが、遅い時間は静かになるので問題ありませんでした。スーパーや美味しいレストランなども近くて便利でした。スタッフの人は親切で、問い合わせたいことがあるとメールを送ればすぐに返信してもらえたので、何も困りませんでした。とても良いホテルだと思います。

As far as a hotel was concerned it was very poor however the bed was comfortable
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The carpets were worn out. We never saw anyone on reception the entire week we were there. The kettle leaked. The linen didn’t get changed other than on a Sunday. The bed only had the covers pulled up and not made neatly until we actually saw the one housekeeper once and mentioned this to him. The entrance to the hotel was always dirty looking like it had never been vacuumed and the street entrance could’ve done with the broom.

Perfect for business trips
Pros:

As usual, a very reliable option with great access to shops, comfortable large bed, and a relatively quiet environment. Good security with controlled access to the rooms. Highly recommend for business trips.

Cons:

The room is large which is good but it creates a lot of empty spaces. I would rather move the microwave somewhere away from table, so it can be fully used as a work desk. It would also be lovely to add a bedside lamp or a light switch next to the bed for convenience.

Nice rooms in a great location but too noisy
Pros:

The room was modern and very spacious, and the location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shops and the south Melbourne Market, and right at a tram stop.

Cons:

The building is a historic pub which is very cute, but doesn't have modern sound proofing. There is a pub downstairs and a rooftop bar. I could hear the loud conversations people were having in the pub downstairs, lots of banging, and the music got a bit frustrating as it was very loud till around 2am. It was understandable on a Saturday night, but Sunday night was awful. I had to buy earplugs and was still kept awake by the noise. Even other guests in the hallway sounded like they were in my room.
