Pros:

Good local breakfast , staff’s courtesy

Cons:

I booked at a higher price , but later the rates were reduced , but I still had to pay the higher prices - that is between booking.com and hotel

Good property
Pros:

Located on the Bypass, this hotel is 12km from the hub of Haridwar - Har ki Podi. This is not an issue if you have your own transport, as it is just a 20 min drive.
We faced a small issue at check in as it seems that due to some technical glitch, our accomodation, booked through through the ITC portal was not reflecting on their system. However, the moment we showed them the confirmation, it was taken care of by the reception staff.
Recommended to book a stay with at least breakfast and dinner included as there are no restaurants very near the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, especially the Deluxe Suite we stayed in. Good washroom with all amenities provided.
ITC level of hospitality is always a bonus, even in their affiliated properties.

This hotel helps a lot when you are a foreigner and visiting Haridwar and Rishikesh for Prayers. The food are amazing and the service is nice. The rooms are international standards and very nice to live in and sleep peacefully
