I will probably stay somewhere else next time. Lot of options.
Pros:

Quiet. Has all the comforts.

Cons:

They had a big part of the restaurant reserved for some people. They were a bit rude telling us where to sit. The guy at the reception was quite rude. When we asked for the location, he said go look at google. I think he is new from what I was told but at least he can be polite. The room key did not work multiple times.

I booked at a higher price , but later the rates were reduced , but I still had to pay the higher prices - that is between booking.com and hotel

Good property
Pros:

Located on the Bypass, this hotel is 12km from the hub of Haridwar - Har ki Podi. This is not an issue if you have your own transport, as it is just a 20 min drive.
We faced a small issue at check in as it seems that due to some technical glitch, our accomodation, booked through through the ITC portal was not reflecting on their system. However, the moment we showed them the confirmation, it was taken care of by the reception staff.
Recommended to book a stay with at least breakfast and dinner included as there are no restaurants very near the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, especially the Deluxe Suite we stayed in. Good washroom with all amenities provided.
ITC level of hospitality is always a bonus, even in their affiliated properties.
