Room was clean and nice. It was really nice time in the hotel. Satff was gentle and above all the food was very good.

Average stay in Haridwar!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on Business trip. They gave me an upgrade also for the room. Rooms are quite spacious, staff is also friendly. There are 2 things which I didn't like, firstly there are frequent electrical outages(though not hotel's mistake, and they do shift to generator) but its quite disturbing. Secondly, the service at restaurant for Dinner is little slow. You have wait for long once you order.

Polite Behaviour of staff. Meals are also good quality.

Cons:

There should be a battery car to pick from the main road in night for safety purpose. Which is not there as per the requirement

Best hotel in haridwar
Pros:

Ishita at the front desk with a warm and charming smile helped us through quick check in and check out process. Stay was comfortable as always. In house dining was superb. Rooms as always were kept clean

Impeccable service and hospitable atmosphere
Pros:

A very lovely experience at this hotel with extremely hospitable staff Mr. Akhilesh and Ms. Ishita at the reception, and Mr. Rishav, Ms. Kajal and Ms. Renuka at the restaurant. The amenities are commendable and the staff goes out of their way to provide the best help possible.

Sound Vibration in the room
Pros:

Room is close to movie theatre. Continuous vibration is there in the room which is definitely a concern. Need to do some sound proof .
Staff are courteous and food is also good.
