The breakfast was great. There was a good mix of Western and Indian options with dosas being available to order. We found the South Indian options to be particularly well prepared. The staff kindly packed us a few sandwiches for breakfast on the second day of our stay since we were leaving early to visit some temples. The property itself is reasonably well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and large. The hot shower was perfect after a cold day outdoors. The staff were polite and professional and were flexible enough to accommodate small requests such as packed breakfasts. Special mention to the staff at the front desk for their wonderful service and flexibility. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend the property.
The location is not the best for visiting Haridwar but app-based taxi rides are available to reach areas such as Har Ki Pauri. We had hired a cab for 2 days and relied on app-based taxi rides twice for shorter distances. There are also not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There are a few decent options 500-600m away but the walk there is not pleasant especially at night since there are no streetlights.
Hotel location for our trip was excellent. The food quality and variety was outstanding. Rooms cleaned daily .
Staff very helpful and friendly.
A bit of an issue when we arrived. There was people from uk and India and not explained that we would need passports on check in. Eventually sorted out.
