Pros:

Staff were exceptional. The coffee machine in lobby great for a late night hot chocolate. Parking easy. Great location. Good price

Cons:

Found the bed too firm - would benefit from pillow top mattresses. Pillow also a little lumpy. The door to the balcony in our room didnt actually close fully resulting in wind noise for the duration of our stay. It didnt interrupt my sleep but do feel it may upset light sleepers. I would definitley return though.

My stay exceeded my expectations - it was a smooth, relaxing process from booking to checkout.
Pros:

Everything about my stay was wonderful - the staff were highly professional and kind, the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing, and everything flowed with ease. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of enjoying as much time in the hotel room as I would have liked, as I arrived mid-afternoon before heading out to an event and had to check out the next morning. I would have loved to have used the pool and other facilities, and simply my cosy room, for a lot more of the stay. For this reason especially, I was so incredibly appreciative of the availability of my request for a high floor. It really made my stay! Thank you.

Cons:

I can't fault my stay at all for this booking. Everything about it ran smoothly and easily. I felt safe, comfortable, and spoiled. I was very grateful that there was secure, affordable parking available and that this was also easy to navigate. Only thing I didn't like was the short amount of time I managed to spend at the hotel :)

Great value, big rooms, very clean and super attentive staff
Pros:

Great location for south bank/Woollongabba area

Cons:

Bed a little soft and was noisy at night but there was a lot of people around for a festival

Great stay, well priced and located
Pros:

Super clean and spacious and easy check-in with a very nice welcome. The room/apartment was spotless and we had a huge balcony with very nice views. Bed was very large and very comfortable. Living room sofa was a little basic and could do with an update but this is a very minor point. Great stay at a very good price, especially as it is only 10 minutes from the lovely South Bank.
