Friendly staff who were extremely helpful.
Pros:

A 1 bedroom apartment close to the children’s hospital reasonably priced.

Cons:

The cost for parking was a little steep. Most places offer parking as part of your stay.

Good location, not flashy, but everything for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Good location, close enough to Southbank to walk. Room had everything necessary for a comfortable 2 night stay.

Cons:

Firebox was in the bedroom wardrobe and made a light buzzing noise.

Friendly, helpful staff - they helped make a difficult time less stressful.
Had to stay an additional night and the staff were able to give us the same room which was perfect for our needs. Washing and drying facilities so we were able to clean our clothes.

Very useful location, close to major Southside hospitals
Pros:

Helpfully staff. Location close to hospitals. We travel for health reasons as we live 450km from Brisbane and travel frequently to Brisbane for treatment .

Cons:

Bit more attention to detail, some mold in showe dazzlingr

Great Stay! Great views! Great size!
Pros:

We enjoyed the views, the comfortable bed, the separate living space, the washing machine, and the flexibility to hold our luggage after check out.

Cons:

A later check out time would've been nice. But they do offer an hourly fee as an option so that was ok.

Pros:

Great location and close to the event we were heading to. Also not far from places to eat - scootered everywhere, and could be anywhere within 5-10 minutes. Well equipped room and very nice.

Would certainly stay here again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good pillows. Was offered and apple and muesli bar and tea or coffee at reception on arrival. Lady at reception was very professional.
