Short stay for young child to have day surgery at hospital accords the road.
Pros:

So close to Mater hospital, very easy access, the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a very welcome surprise

Cons:

Narrow car parks, the car park is good and easy to get into but very hard to empty your luggage when the cars are so close together

Friends weekend away
Pros:

The customer service we received from Carmina and Tina was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure our 2-night stay was perfect.
The hotel is in a great location. Our 6th floor apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. Loved that we could access the rooftop with 360 degree views of the city.

Fantastic family stay in the city and we will return for further stays.
Pros:

Great central location for our stay. Close to transport, school event and walking distance to South Bank. My daughter has severe environmental allergies and she had no flare in symptoms. The apartment was clean , well maintained and presented nicely. Front counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful. So too the cleaning staff. We had a wonderful view and enjoyed the large balcony. Even though it was raining during our stay, we were able to enjoy the view from the balcony and rooftop.

Wonderful stay, clean, friendly staff and location.
Pros:

Location and the upgrade from studio to one bedroom apartment.

Cons:

Paying $25 a night for parking. Parking space was way to small and hard to park my medium size car.

Location to PA very clean that’s was very good
All facilities clean . No water in room a draw back
When I mentioned it … she said oh there’s water here in reception … perhaps tell people at check in then not hard . All good other than that which is HUGE for me . Cheers . Eye On Property
