Commitment to the Smallest Detail

My many previous reviews for Quest Springfield Central have detailed the excellent facilities, cleanliness, location, value and friendly staff, and nothing has changed in all those respects. But to illustrate Quest Springfield Central’s total commitment to their guests, let me mention toilet paper. Most all hotels we stay in, no matter how expensive, have toilet paper you can almost see through however, Quest Springfield Central use a quality product. Some might consider this an insignificant issue. However, I think it suggests just how committed Quest Springfield Central is to ensuring their guest’s comfort down to the smallest detail. We’ll keep returning.

Pros:

Very accessible to recreation areas and shops/trains. Staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and having a washing machine and dryer available was amazing. The beds were comfortable.

A warm welcoming hotel where it is obvious the staff are all happy to be there and make your stay special.
Pros:

A spacious two bedroom apartment fully equipped kitchen with all facilities The staff were welcoming and could not do enough to make sure my 95year old mother who is in a wheelchair was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Cedric brought our four suitcases and wheelie walker up for us. The next night Chris helped us order dinner and brought it up to our door. When I asked if reception could find a vehicle to transport us to the airport which could accommodate Mum in a wheelchair it was no problem and was booked and organised for us and worked out perfectly. Leone (?) on reception in fact everyone made our stay very special as we moved Mum after 50years in her home up north to live with us. Thank you

I had an enjoyable stay whilst attending for work purposes
Pros:

Clean, tidy, modern and fresh room. It was a nice place to stay. I attended for work and found the kitchen in my room was hand so I could do my own breakfast and dinner if I wanted to. It wasn't too far to walk to the shopping centre and a tavern for dinner. A lovely hotel in a convenient location.
