It is a reasonable solution for a budget hotel in an out of the way location.
Pros:

It was convenient for our visit to the University of Southern Queensland. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Having a kitchenette was handy. Walking distance to eating and dining facilities was convenient. Proximity to the nearby hospital would benefit some people.

Cons:

The $15 charge for car parking was a surprise as there is no off street car parking. The noise during the day from the adjoining child care centre was quite high.

Location is excellent near the shopping centre and train station. The staff were very helpful. Comfortable bedding and very clean rooms.
