Excellent
Pros:

Booked an accessible room for my Mum to stay over the Christmas period. The room was very easy for her to get around and she loved the experience. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating both prior and during the stay. We will definitely stay again. Very impressed

Astrid and Staff were helpful with the booking. Cancelled and rebooked 3 times due to issues with overseas flight for one of the guests.

Cons:

Nothing - my sisters enjoyed their stay and they said the staff were lovely.
