Perfect situation in Perth
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent situation, the room was very comfortable.

We enjoyed a wonderful mini-break in a lovely apartment, within walking distance to great cafes and pubs.
Pros:

We enjoyed a few nights in a clean, spacious apartment, with amazing air con on 40 degree days! The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was great. Close to everything we needed during our stay.

Great facilities, comfy room
Pros:

It was close to a wedding we were attending. The facilities were great, we only stayed the one night, so we didn't use the kitchenette, but it had everything we would have needed. Bed was comfy and both bathroom and the main room were a good size for 2 people. We didnt use the pool as it was full of people, but handy to know if we stay again.

Cons:

The area was pretty quiet, nothing much open, eg cafes for breakfast, but it was 27/12/25 so not unexpected for that time of year and didnt bother us for our reason to stay.

Pros:

Location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Difficulty in resetting air conditioning after using the balcony. In the end it wasn't on and we didn't bother resetting it. understand the concept of it but if you access the balcony often it's a pain to reset again & again.
