die Speisen beim Abendessen waren teilweise mutig gewählt, eher nicht passend zur Region Alto Adige, die so viele Köstlichkeiten zu bieten hat.

I don’t understand why the parking cost bonus price and not included in the price of the staying

Se proprio si deve cercare un punto di miglioramento è legato al posteggio: l'hotel è situato in un comune dove è praticamente IMPOSSIBILE posteggiare e i clienti sono costretti a pagare per il posteggio disponibile in hotel.
Per assurdo sarebbe meglio inserire quel valore nel costo della stanza e riservare in automatico il posteggio al cliente

Dyr parkering. Ringe udluftning på badeværelset. Delt pool med andet lejlighedskompleks. Ikke opvarmet pool. Uhøflig receptionist.

Markedsført som spa, men kjølig sauna 2 dager på rad. Også etter at vi hadde gitt tilbakemelding. Fikk ikke brukt.
Til den prisen og 4 stjerners hotell så forventes det at det finnes shampoo og liknende på rom og eller på spa.
Vi meldte fra til hotellet om allergier til den ene gjesten. Det var ikke fanget opp overhodet når vi kom. Neste dag var det heller ikke fanget opp i restauranten, og de skyldte på resepsjonen. Ikke greit.
Jeg bestilte rom i februar, dvs 7 måneder før oppholdet. Skuffet over da å få et rom i 1. etasje rett over utekafeen hvor det ble snakket høyt og røyker ved leggetid.
Markedsfører seg med P-garasje. Ikke plass når vi kom. Prisen var uansett høyere enn offentlig P garasje i neste gate.

Unfortunately, our stay at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa was far from the experience we expected.
From the moment we arrived, things started badly. The parking was not available, and the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.
The pool area was incredibly noisy with so many children running around that it felt more like a kindergarten than a spa. The water was cold, including the jacuzzi, which made the whole wellness experience rather disappointing.
We stayed in room 212, and the sound insulation was shockingly poor. Every time the neighbors flushed their toilet, the noise was so loud in our bedroom that it genuinely sounded as if water was about to come through the walls. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The worst experience, however, happened during breakfast. We were brought very hot glasses for cold drinks which was rather unpleasant. When we pointed this out, the waiter was extremely rude. The situation escalated to the point where, after going into the back area, we could hear him insulting and swearing about us. The restaurant manager was much more pleasant and tried to handle the situation, but unfortunately it felt more like an attempt to smooth over the incident than properly address the employee's behaviour. The same waiter, a night before, during dinner kept mistaken our dishes with the dishes from the table near us…
There were, however, two positive aspects. The dinner was genuinely very good, with quality ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes. The breakfast itself also looked very good, although the unpleasant behaviour of the waiter completely ruined the experience for us.
Overall, though, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, service and comfort from a hotel of this standard. The facilities and food alone cannot compensate for poor sound insulation, a disappointing spa experience and, above all, such unprofessional treatment from staff.

Il servizio dei pasti a tavola. Colazione ok con tanta varietà e qualità. La cena invece tempi di attesa lunghi e cibo di qualità solo accettabile nonostante lo chef abbia cercato di migliorare al massimo i piatti. L’organizzazione è il servizio al tavolo ha lasciato un po’ a desiderare
