Great stay just a few minor issues
Pros:

Facilities were good, easy to get to the room and the location was nice

Cons:

Our room didn't have a do not clean hanger for the door, we asked the cleaner and the staff and they said we will bring one up but never did after 3 times asking, the bed was a bit too soft but manageable.

Good night stay at a good price
Pros:

Beds were soft and comfy, room was clean.

Cons:

The kitchen is still close me due to renovations. The bathroom sink didn’t have hand soap. So you had to go into the shower to get hand soap. The beds moved too easy (no brakes)

A comfortable 3 night family stay, would stay again
Pros:

Comfortable beds; spacious room; decent security; minimal street noise & no bar noise; good water pressure and hot shower; big towels; complimentary waters, milk & cereal; nice toiletries provided.

Cons:

Pillows lumpy but usable; toilet paper very thin; bathroom exhaust fan quite loud; cigarette burns in bed sheet; kettle bit grubby inside.

Staff are absolutely lovely especially AJ, he was very friendly he always made sure myself & my family had the things we needed !! The room was comfortable & clean. 100% will be back there

Overall I would recommend the place. Staff at reception lovely.

Love the location to where I needed to be.

Cons:

Have stayed multiple times and housekeeping is not consistent.
Sometimes there’s rubbish under beds.
Sometimes complimentary water or jelly beans missing.
