Excellent séjour à l’Allegro Hoi An ! Hôtel idéalement situé, au calme tout en étant à quelques minutes de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et très confortables.

Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner, la piscine et surtout la gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant et attentionné.

Une très belle adresse à Hoi An que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Excellent breakfast! Exceptional customer service, we had a problem with the shower in our room the first night, and they fixed it while we were out for dinner. Next morning 3 of the staff came to ask about the shower and offered to change the room if the problem wasn’t fixed properly.

Cons:

One tip: a lemongrass diffuser in the room will help to keep the mosquitoes away

Best hotel in Hoi An for the money.
Pros:

This was our favourite hotel of our stay in Vietnam, a lot of it thanks to the staff, Tapih in particular, she went well out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Pool and breakfast were great, room were really nice. Location is right at the edge of the old town part, quiet but very central.

Cons:

Sound insulation between rooms could be improved but it was not a major issue at all.

Wishing we could’ve stayed longer
Pros:

Great location on the edge of old town so just away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to get in amongst it. Staff were amazing and super helpful and attentive. Food and drinks were excellent.

Pros:

Warm, cleaned and cozy place to stay. Booked a double room but got offer to upgrade to a family room as they saw I have a baby w me. Location just steps to ancient town but still quiet enough for a good sleep. Completely happy w everything here and would recommend it to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location for a relaxing stay in Hoi An
Pros:

This was my second stay at Allegro, and it was just as excellent the second time around!
Perfect location for walking into Hoi An ancient town, and also a short cycle (on free hotel bikes) to the rice fields and the beach.

Breakfast is great, and the food in the restaurant (also served by the pool) is very high quality for lunch and dinner too. Happy hour from 5-7pm is also a great way to start your evening!

This is the only place I’ll stay when I come back to Hoi An.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

The staff are simply wonderful, we were welcomed more like old friends than paying guests and our room utterly beautiful. The style of the hotel is really lovely and manages to feel both modern and traditional all at once. The pool was a great place to cool down after a day out and the location is brilliant - just far enough out of the crazy busy riverside, but still close enough to walk to it within a few minutes.

Cons:

The view from our room was over the neighbouring tennis courts so there wasn't much to look at when sitting on the balcony, but that really is clutching at straws because we barely spent any time on the balcony anyway as the pool area was so lovely.
