Exceptional staff and facilities! Loved it!
Pros:

Exceptional experience and service. The staff was amazing from the get go. We wanted a better view when we checked in and they upgraded us the next day and gave us a truly city view room which we loved. Everyone was so warm and sweet especially to our 16 month old. I have to give a shoutout to Nancy who went above and beyond consistently, and also checked in with us everyday and if we are doing okay.

She was even sweet enough to bring us breakfast to our room when my daughter wasn’t feeling well.

The spa was meticulous. I loved the tranquil vibe and they keep it intentionally noise free, which really elevated the experience.

It is a true gem!

Cons:

Maybe more pool chairs though it is hard in the city!

Kind & friendly staff with excellent customer service.

Cons:

We didn’t stay at the property due to building works with machinery operating out the front of the hotel and each room had a terrible views. However the staff were very kind to offer us a stay at their other hotel The little riverside boutique hotel on the river and a quick walk into Ancient town. We had a wonderful 5 night stay it was beautiful.

The rooms did have a little bit of a mouldy smell, I’m guessing because of how much the air con’s have to continually run. But other than that, it was perfect.

Très bon hôtel si vous optez pour visite de Hoi An et non pour séjour balnéaire .
Pros:

Excellent emplacement qui permet une visite aisée du « old hoi an »
Que dire de l’accueil , avec une équipe au complet très professionnelle et agréable sans oublier une mention spéciale pour Sophie.
Très bon spa à des prix très abordables .

Cons:

L’environnement piscine ( les dalles au sol mériteraient un nettoyage , transats tachés ) et surtout les chaises disponibles au Deck House sur la plage pas digne d’un 5 étoiles . Les transats sont «  anciens «  et les horaires navette pour la plage peu pratiques ( dernier retour à 15.30 🤔)

Amazing experience 10 out of 10 rating
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, the food is absolutely amazing the whole experience in this hotel was more than we expected. The manager Andrew is so professional and welcoming the other staff to mention are: Jolene, Sophie, Min, Eric, Ryan, Mei,Yelena, , Jack, Bean and there are to many to mention. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous location on edge of old town. The staff can’t do enough to ensure your needs are met. Friendly hotel. Lovely pool. Can’t fault it

Cons:

I would prefer a softer mattress but could have asked for a topper!

Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Old Town
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located within a short walking distance from old town. The area itself was not as busy and in a location where pickup was still available for grab rides. The hotel whilst fitting the area's aesthetics, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet had a small selection of asian and western foods...the Vietnamese coffee definitely woke me up! The staff were amazing. Polite and professional, providing a personalised and warm service. Shout out to Sophie (Thuy), loved the food and activity suggestions. Would definitely recommend this hotel others.
