Wonderful stay in welcoming hotel.
Pros:

What a wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had absolutely everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection and excellent quality every morning.

What really made the experience special was the staff. Every single member of the team was exceptional. Brian gave such a warm welcome on arrival, Nancy w he as incredibly helpful in helping me settle in, chatting with me, and offering advice and ideas for my plans. Sophie was always welcoming and helped me organise m by y days to make the most of my visit. Jolie ran a fantastic lantern class that was a real highlight. Even the maintenance team went above and beyond, patiently showing me how to use the shower and safe. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The location is perfect – close enough to walk easily into the Old Town, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from the crowds. The pool was excellent, the restaurant food was amazing, and every aspect of the stay felt thoughtfully designed and well managed.

I honestly can’t think of a negative thing to say. I would happily come back tomorrow. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Beautiful rooms, location, SPA and staff
Pros:

Location that is very close to old town but far from old town hussle

Cons:

The tennis court opposite the entrance where half the rooms are. It was o my noisy for one night as not too busy but needs to be clear for paying customers.
Pool was way too hot, more like a jacuzzi

エントランスから部屋の内装、全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気で素敵でした。
プールの見える風景はどの時間も違った良さを感じて癒されました。
実際プールサイドで過ごした時間もとても快適でした。西洋の方がゆっくりバカンスを楽しんでいる様子で騒がしい場では面もなく心地良く過ごせました。

-Min provided exceptional personal service — gave great advice on what to do, helped with timing, and even booked tickets for us

Great hotel. Good amenities. Nice room overlooking the pool. Staff super friendly. Good breakfast (not exceptional but everything you need). Location is good located on the edge of town and quiet but still walking distance to good restaurants and the river. Excellent beach club - the deck house. Would recommend without hesitation. Great food and really chilled. Hotel operates shuttle bus or just jump in a grab.
