Quite the perfect stay to enjoy time in the old town. The staff were without exception warm, friendly and attentive. During breakfast, they took it upon themselves to mingle and interact with guests, chatting and gathering feedback. Looked forward to breakfast which had a good mix of local and continental offerings. Love the very tasteful decor of the room. It's a five to 10 minute walk to the heart of the town.
One of our rooms had an unpleasant smell in the toilet. The request to check this was met with prompt response. However, the odour remained.

I loved the historical building, the pool was beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly. The melody restaurant was incredible! The food was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented.

A lovely hotel in hat offered everything you need - the location was great for walking to the old town and then relax by the pool
Sophie at reception was excellent. She was very helpful with booking our tours and restaurants and ensured that our dietary requirements were attended to.
Breakfast can be more inclusive for muslims and vegetarians.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and our suite was well set up for our family. The location is perfect- close to old town but nice and quiet. The hotel staff (especially Sophie) took very good care of our family.
Very well appointed, clean room in a good location close to the old city. Staff was very kind and thoughtful, breakfast had many choices and well done. Wonderful stay!
There was some construction near the hotel, hopefully this is done soon.
