Great location and quiet area.
Pros:

The location is great if you want a quieter area after traveling all day.Tokyo station is also nearby and there are good restaurants close by, even a 7 Eleven just around the corner.

Cons:

Only thing would be close by the highway and on weekends the car get loud. But the rooms are well isolated.

Super Lage, tolles Hotel für 3-4 Tage

Sehr sauber, super Lage und sehr ruhig in der Nacht (Unser Zimmer 11 Stock)

Cons:

„Nicht gefallen“ wäre etwas übertrieben. :) Wir hatten lediglich ein bis zwei einfache Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie eine Bitte um eine Restaurantreservierung. Das Rezeptionspersonal war zwar sehr bemüht, konnte uns dabei aber leider nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Insgesamt wirkte es etwas unbeholfen, war jedoch durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Frühstücksbereich ist eher klein gehalten.

Pros:

Staff were really helpful, room cleaning was excellent. Great location within easy reach of Tokyo Station.

Cons:

More storage for clothes would have been nice but understand that space is tight.

Excellent staff. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great service and a clean room.
Pros:

The location was great in what I would describe a business district, and it was close to several train stations - Otemachi (5 min), Tokyo Station (15 min) . The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable. A special shoutout to the Italian lady that helped us booking taxis to the airport. Housekeeping also left us fresh towels and water when we had our 'do not disturb' sign on. There are also washing machines available where you can wash a load for only a few dollars. There were plenty of eateries as well as 7/11's within a short walk.

Cons:

The breakfast food was well prepared and of very good quality, but I found the selection to be a bit limited.
