Great location and good price
Pros:

The location is fantastic—only a 12-minute walk to Tokyo Station and 3 min walk to Otemachi Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even replaced our air purifier immediately upon request. We also really enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the shower. We also really enjoyed the complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee offered every afternoon and provided complimentary face care products when asked. There are also Family Mart and 7-11 cross the street, you can grab something to eat and drink anytime you want. A great stay overall!

Cons:

While the breakfast area is on the smaller side and can get a bit crowded during peak hours, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the space was kept spotlessly clean by the attentive staff

Nice modern hotel but can be noisy and poor washing facilities if u need them.
Pros:

The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful! It's a nice modern hotel. The location was ok.

Cons:

I got an expressway facing room so it was very noisy if i shut the window tight. But it gets stuffy and warm if i do so. This is something unexpected of a mitsui garden hotel though. I know the ueno branch faces the expressway too but the room was well ventilated so i didn't have to try to open the window. There are ONLY 2 washers in the entire hotel and the guests have to queue for it like for a new year fukubukuro! And they weren't well maintained with some grime and lotsa lint... so im not sure if the clothes are cleanly washed... This is a big minus point..
