Nice hotel but definitely caters to foreign travel
Comfortable rooms
Slightly far from Tokyo station for walking with a suitcase. About 0.9 km. Suggest taking train to Kanda and walking from there (about 0.4 km and smoother sidewalk).
Not a “Japanese” experience hotel - breakfast caters to Western tastes

a bit outdated
The staff were very friendly, especially the wonderful Italian lady at reception (so sorry I have forgotten her name 😔). Our room was clean and well-decorated. The location was lovely in that we were close to Tokyo station, next to Palace, walking distance to Nihombasi and Kanda (good local restaurants) and I liked that the area was quiet.
The view of the highway from our bedroom. However, it was quiet due to double glazing.
Room small but that is typical of Tokyo, I believe. Breakfast was very mediocre.
All in all, the pluses were more than the minuses and I would stay there again

Central location, clean comfortable room. Tea and coffee and snacks available for free in the evening in reception.
Breakfast buffet a little random.
An adequately equipped standard‑type hotel with—by Tokyo and Japan standards—normally sized standard rooms.
The double beds are rather narrow; next time, I would prefer separate beds instead.
The reception staff were very helpful and clearly tried their best.
Close to subway stations.
Staying for one or two nights is perfectly fine.
The bathroom felt very cramped, almost like being in a separate container.
Unfortunately there aren’t many restaurants in the immediate area.
Breakfast doesn’t really meet European standards; I would recommend switching entirely to a (currently not existing) Japanese breakfast option.
I couldn’t find an open bar or lounge area in the hotel in the evening.
Location is best for my case, and hotel not too big to feel more like "at home"
Price was really expensive and not including breakfast.
