Pros:

Eccezionale disponibilità dello staff, posizione ottima (pochi minuti dalla metro) e pulizia ottima.

Cons:

Stanza un po’ minimal soprattutto per la mancanza di un armadio di medie dimensioni.

Great location but too many group tourists
Pros:

The room was clean and well decorated

Cons:

At the checkout, the lobby was flooded with too many group tourists and the lady's room was stuck for a long time.

The drink and snack service is nice but not much cold refreshments in the very hot weather.

An espresso machine in the room might also be nice to have.
