I was happy with my stay
Pros:

The breakfast was ok but i found getting some toast a little difficult there was no one available to help with the toaster.
The location is good but the Hotel should find a way to better serve the guest get from the Airport to the Hotel.

Cons:

Likw I said getting from the Airport to the hotel was a little challenging.

Disappointing. First room was a smoking room. Next room was hot as hell. Smoking allowed in hallway and near elevator. Spotty internet.

However, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I liked having a French press for coffee

Pros:

Only one night stay in Four Points Changsha is extremely not enough. The design is simple but modern which is very popular in recent China and the service is also very FP. Hope to c u again very soon and do remember to give me a cheerful upgrade loaaah~~ The room was very clean, spacious and convenient with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom has separate tolet, bath tub, and a lorge shower room. They are all clean and convenient to use.
