Great location, super friendly staff.
Pros:

Front desk staff were amazing--kind, helpful with everything. Offered me an extra towel when I came in wet from a run to Imperial Palace that started off dry, ended up in a rainstorm. They helped get appointments at a salon for my wife, called a taxi when needed, etc.

Location great, 5 minute walk to a subway stop (Harry Potter themed station!).

Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff, proximity to all of Tokyo, across the street from a 7-11, Lawsons, and Family Mart (if you know you know). Small roof deck was nice in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing, it was more than expected.

Pros:

On main road, opposite 7-11, good size rooms.

Cons:

You could have rooms which separate the living room and the bed room probably with a sliding door so some privacy.
