Perfect if you need/want to cook for yourself.
Pros:

Comfy bed, quiet room. Shared toilets/showers are always spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen is big and well equipped. You can borrow umbrellas for free.

Cons:

As the rooms are small, I would add more hangers on the wall.
Smell from the kitchen is entering from the window.
The staff is very kind, but I personally did not like that they had dinner together with other long-term-staying guests without inviting us to join while we were sit at the table nearby. And also in other occasions, some long-stayers acted like the place was their home and annoyed by your presence. Please pay attention to these aspects and try to promote an open environment.

Nos dieron una habitación superior a la contratada sin coste adicional, era un pequeño apartamento con cocina integrada. Personal muy amable y nativos en inglés. Tiene una cocina compartida con agua disponible para rellenar y un restaurante, lavandería y, gym incluido y sauna y spa que se puede pagar a parte. A 3 minutos del mercado y a 5 minutos caminando del barrio de las geishas. Buena relación calidad - precio

Will definitely stay at LINNAS next time I am in Kanazawa.
Pros:

It had a modern vibe, the facilities were great for a great price, in a central location walking distance from all the hit spots, and the staff were so friendly.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the community vibes. Close to Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle and an easy walk to Higashi Chaya district. Great kitchen facilities, cosy lounge, laundry, gym, sauna, bicycle rental and an italian restaurant attached. Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Nothing, I'd return to the same hotel.
