Ah Hotel and Conference

We had an amazing time at AH Hotel. We will definitely have to come back again

This is my second time staying in AH Hotel and I really enjoyed how convenient, helpful, polite and mostly being able to offer food I can actually eat and enjoy because I’m extremely quite a fussy eater.

The staff was great, the managers were attentive, and the food was pretty good. Overall nice business hotel in Accra.

A great property with much to offer. I’ve stayed there a few times. The staff is great, the food is good, and the management is very attentive and accommodating.

Welcoming environment

Nice place to stay, like the idea of having a restaurant and lounge area. Breakfast is included with your stay. The rooms could use microwaves for late night eating. Restaurant and lounge is closed at certain time. Staff was nice and helpful.

My stay at the AH Hotel was just okay. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful, which was disappointing. Additionally, my room key stopped working almost every other day, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, I expected a more seamless and welcoming experience.

I was satisfied with my 2 nights stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, the A/C worked well and the staff very courteous and helpful. I wished there were a garden area or a rooftop garden. Overall my experience was pleasant.

The staff are very respectful and always listen to you making sure whatever you need is met. I will definitely be back here.

The driver who picked me up was waiting by the time I came through customs. He was friendly and the car was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, the check-in process was easy and quick and went without any hiccups.

Breakfast was nice each morning with a good selection of fruits, hot and cold foods and drinks.

Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable.

Overall its a great hotel located perfectly for trips in and around the East Lego and Airport area. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the airport.

I got to the property a day early, I had booked breakfast. They allowed me to stay since I had already paid for the hotel but told me I couldn’t eat the breakfast I paid for.
Also the hotel was dirty, amenities are outdated and unclean.
The bed sheet literally had stains on it, it was so dirty! I will never be booking that hotel again.

Excellent customer service

We arrived at the hotel to check into a room booked for 3 guests, to be told on arrival that all their rooms are based on 2 people sharing, although on the booking we stated 3 adults and paid for this service. We were forced to pay for an additional room on arrival which was completely shocking for an error we did not make; and to make matters worse I have since checked and the booking system has not been changed to reflect what they state is their policy of 2 guests per room, which leads me to believe it’s intentional to force guests into paying for an additional room unexpectedly on arrival.

Really disappointing, we had no choice but to pay.

Other than this, the rooms were clean, and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was okay, but cold most days, and the same dishes everyday throughout our stay.

Staff friendly and the security would go out of their way to help which was lovely.

My stay was awesome and check-in was done so fast. The staff were friendly. I will definitely like to to stay there again and will recommend to anyone coming to Accra.
