Excellent Location but Room too small
Pros:

Excellent staff, excellent location, lots of free goodies such as ice cream, coffee, toothpast, razors, slippers, nightshirts etc

Cons:

Room was very small, could only access double bed form one side, only one pillow per peson, beds were hard, no storage space.

Excelente localização mas com alguns pontos a melhorar
Pros:

O hotel estava muito bem localizado com três linhas de metro próximas que permitem fácil acesso a varias zonas de Tóquio. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e permitiram-nos guardar a bagagem antes do check-in e depois do check-out. Permitiram-nos usar uma balança para pesar as malas antes de sair. O hotel oferece algumas comodidades como itens de higiene pessoal, gelado grátis, chá e café.

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno para quem fez uma viagem intercontinental e foi difícil gerir o espaço no quarto com 4 malas. O colchão era um pouco mole demais e não era possível arejar o quarto abrindo a janela pois entrava cheiro a fritos dos restaurantes da zona.

Cons:

- lo staff, per niente cordiale e soprattutto non collaborativo siamo arrivati alle 14 abbiamo chiesto se la stanza era pronta e in malo modo hanno detto che il check in era alle 15 per avere la stanza prima avremmo dovuto pagare un extra.
- stanza microscopica
- la pulizia della stanza ogni 3 giorni
- nonostante abbiamo prenotato con mesi di anticipo ci hanno dato la stanza davanti all'ascensore, molto rumorosa a tutte le ore
