Pros:

宿泊料金が安かった。部屋は料金相応でがっかりする事はありませんでした。料金重視で期待はしておらず、思っていた通り普通の部屋で良かった。（その意味で期待通りでした）

Cons:

料金重視で快適性やロケーション等特に求めておらずこれといって不満は感じませんでしたが、コンセントの場所が足元の冷蔵庫の裏辺りで使い辛かった。張り紙の通りお湯が出るのに時間がかかり、湯温の調整がむずかしかった。

価格相応で、いい感じでした。
Pros:

伊奈駅近く、コンビニ徒歩5〜10分。
探せば飲食店も徒歩圏内に色々ありそう。
駐車場🅿️も15〜20台程度あり。
早朝チェックアウトも可能。
大浴場あり(男3〜４人用.女2〜3人用らしい)
古いですが、清潔感、掃除してるな感はあります。

Cons:

ウォッシュレットの付いてるトイレが何処にもない。
シャワーのお湯が体感2〜3分はお湯にならない。
私の部屋(和室)はエアコンの下に水が垂れて畳が10cmほど濡れている。被害はないが、ちょっと心配😟

都合上、寝泊まりのみの利用でしたが、滞りなく過ごすことができました。
Pros:

翌る日が早めというのも考慮いただき、駐車場も近場にしていただいた。
翌朝出発も早かったので、部屋の鍵もスタッフ不在の状態でもカウンターに返却する形にしてもらえて、融通も利かせていただけた。
