The hospitality was exceptional the food was excellent the service was excellent as well the location was a little bit further than we expected but other than that the facility is great

Location was a little off, but the people made it great

They initially overcharged my card until me.It was the current amount and later on told me it was bank fee. I was here for only 4 days on a 16 day trip and left early. Because I was being harassed about signing a paper when they charge me the wrong amount. This hotel is a reason why I would never return to Accra. And when I was leaving they wouldn't give me a ride to the airport even though they state that in there .accommodations.

We had some issues with the rooms. They need an upgrade, especially the bathroom.
Waters supply and temperature was pressure was For one room we asked for a change because the shower cabine was leaking badly and wifi was poor. That change worked out.
Wifi in the rooms varied, in the lobby and at the pool it worked well.
There is a lot under construction in the direct vicinity of the hotel (but it is quiet)

Al check-out il management ha richiesto il pagamento in valuta locale utilizzando un tasso di cambio incrementato del 30% rispetto al cambio normale. Il risultato e che il prezzo delle camere pubblicato su Booking.com non e stato rispettato. Inconcepibile dato che il servizio fornito e stao pessimo: internet a sprazzi e debole, gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati in quattro giorni. E una truffa

Con:
- I booked my room on the booking.com website and was told at check-in that the price reflected was not accurate. This is something that needs to be fixed immediately as it is misleading.
- The hotel does not accept $100 US Bills that were printed before a certain year. I can't remember exactly what year, but mine were 2006 and could not be accepted.
- There were water pressure issues in our room, particularly at night.
- We were unable to be provided with an iron when we asked for it. An establishment this small im size should have them in every room without issue.
- Our electronic key to our hotel room kept malfunctioning, so we had to get the physical key to be able to get in and out.

Too many churches around the property. The Hotel is however properly screened and padded. Once you’re in, you don’t hear the noise outside.

There was no warm water when showering, the channels on the tv was disappointing as well.

Managed to turn fridge on but it didn’t cool anything.
Lack of any sockets to charge phone.
Tired furniture. Handles missing.
Had to ask for a control to be brought for A/C - which was sellotaped together.
Further away from airport than I had realised (half an hour)
Items on breakfast menus not available eg: pancakes, croissants when I requested them.
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the free transport to collect me from the airport and return me in the morning and I had confirmed this twice. Transport was late to pick me up from the airport (particularly noticeable as my flight had arrived half an hour early - although hotel knew my flight number and could have checked this). I didn’t have a Sim card and there was no airport Wi-Fi where I exited the airport so I had to go back inside and ask someone to ring the hotel for me.
In the morning when I was already waiting to be picked up to leave at the pre-arranged time, I was then told that there was no transport after all and I would have to get an Uber. The hotel booked an Uber but refused to pay for this. When the manager was phoned he was not apologetic and refused my request that the hotel pay for my transport saying there was no cash to pay me at the hotel, and they couldn’t refund me if I didn’t have a Ghana bank account. When I said they had my credit card payment/details from when I had paid the night before he said, that had already been processed. I then had to leave with the Uber as I was already over 15 mins late departing.

Nothing really
