Pros:

Cheap for it's price it was what you would expect, bathrooms are new and clean, bed was comfy

Cons:

They said we can check in 30 min earlier but there was nobody at reception, had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up

The receptionist was great and waited for us to come even though we arrived at 1:20.

Cons:

In the room there were spider webs, old smashed spiders, and it was weird a bit.

Pros:

Loved the size of the room and the balcony, as well as the location. Absolutely adored the lady receptionist who also speaks Romanian. She knows hospitality! Keep her and keep her happy, she's an asset. Also, the restaurant is amazing, exceptional service and great food...and it looks superb!
Housekeeping... does not really do a good job, sorry to mention this. My room got properly cleaned once per week and I always had to go to reception asking for toilet paper and a change of towels... Maybe it's a communication issue, the girls only spoke Bulgarian and Russian?! I mean, they're nice and everything, but I ended up cleaning stuff myself :)) The hotel needs to implement "please clean my room"/"do not disturb" door signs.
Overall, I was VERY happy with the hotel, personell and my stay. Will be coming back for sure (and this is my 2nd time here).

We would have wanted to stay
Pros:

The restaurant has a lot o variety and the waiters are very nice, Beach is close - 10 minutes walk. We would have wanted to stay here but we do like our place clean.

Cons:

The room was not clean and had no toiletry , we decided to stay at another place and they did not sent us the money for the stay
Small update: the payment was stalling on booking.com side, but even so property did not respond. I am modifying this review to 8 because I received the money for the stay like we talked initially, and hope that in the future the property will do necessary adjustment even though there were the last rooms. Quality is important and your clients too.
