Cons:

Experiență foarte neplăcută. Curățenia este inexistentă: pe jos se simte nisip și murdărie, iar paharele sunt șterse cu o cârpă roz, murdară, devenită aproape neagră. În plus, în cameră sunt foarte mulți gândaci, ceea ce face șederea de-a dreptul insuportabilă.
Lenjeriile și patul au un miros neplăcut, halatele sunt pătate și neigienice. În cameră persistă un miros puternic de umezeală, geamurile sunt aburite constant, iar mobilierul este deteriorat.
Mâncarea este de slabă calitate. Per total, hotelul nu merită nicio stea la capitolul igienă.

Pros:

СПА-зоната : Водата на външното джакузи както и на вътрешният басейн беше достъчно топла. Масажистите (Краси и Андрей) са изключително добри! Рецепция на СПА-зоната: Ирина е отличен консултант. Готвачите готвят много вкусно. Стаята е достатъчно широка и топла. Матраците и възглавниците в стаята са удобни. Цената на кафе капсулите е бюджетна. Изпълниха ни желанието за конкретна стая при резервацията. Донесоха ни комплимент за рожденият ден (торта червено кадифе и шампанско) до стаята. Камериерката си вършеше добре работата.

Cons:

Промяната в политиката на хотела спрямо мината година относно мини бара - вече може само целият минибар да се зареди за 50€. Пристигаш и хладилника е празен. А ние не конкумираме всичко от него.
Солната стая продължява да не й работи разпръскването на сол.
Японските бъчви бяха почистени, но отново се появи мръсна пяна. Балончетата бяха изключително слаби.
Стаите имат нужда от реновиране - видими големи петна по таблетката за облягане на спалнята. Дивана и пердетата също имаха петна. Хладилника е много шумен. Имаше един изключително странен шум все едно бомба пада, вероятно от някоя машина, но ехтеше понякога толкова силно, че ни първата вечер ни събуди в 06ч. Телефона в стаята не работи, за да се обадиш на рецепция или СПА-зоната.
