The All-Inclusive package starts from 8:00 to 22:00 and includes 4 meals per day, free drinks and Bulgarian alcohol throughout the whole day. In the package are also included umbrella and sunbeds on the beach. All imported alcohol is paid extra.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Personalul și în general tot ce aparține de hotel în interior, (mâncare, curățenie, etc) sunt pe măsura celor 4 stele. Wi-Fi gratuit, cu semnal puternic, dar "cade" când nu te aștepți.
"Stațiunea" lasă de dorit, plaja nu este îngrijită și chiar dacă se spune că este plaja privată a hotelului de fapt este la comun. Dacă dorești ceva de la barul de pe plajă, trebuie să plătești sau să faci "curse" la hotel chiar dacă ai luat all-inclusive. De liniștea la care te aștepți văzând fotografiile nici vorbă. Probabil că fotografiile care arată exteriorul sunt făcute în urmă cu 10 ani. "Parcarea" este gratuită așa cum se spune, dar asta dacă găsești un loc de parcare. De la italieni, germani sau francezi au câte 5 - 6 programe. De la români au doar TVR International și PRO-TV International, în condițiile în care probabil 70 % (dacă nu cumva mai mult) din oaspeți sunt români. Pe terasă au un Sky Bar unde totul se plătește. În consecință, hotelul este ok, merită banii, doar că locația nu este cea mai bine aleasă. Vreo 24 de camere cu vedere direct la mare, iar restul unde se spune că este vedere parțial la mare chiar se poate înțelege ad literam, tare parțial. Piscina curată dar micuță și bineînțeles că dacă este micuță nu încap destule șezlonguri (probabil vreo 25).

I loved the room, cleaning, services and staff
Food was good, diversified,good quality vs other 4stars facilities experienced in the same area
I do not offer 10/10 because some elements missed in the room as slippers & bathrobe ; on the beach the bar was not included in the all inclusive service ( not a problem because you were able to take drinks in plastic from the hitel restaurant but still not confortsble); the parking was full of dust
In the same time, they have a rule that you cannot let towels on the bedchairs on the beach..agree with it in case of abuse....but still, for 20 minutes reservation I observed that some clients abused of this rule & with a small gift to the beach staff they take yoyr pkace .....not nice when you just leave your bedchairs for 20minutes to take your child from the room
Totul
This is our third time holiday at Sunny Castle Hotel, and everything was outstanding. We even celebrated our honeymoon here back in 2018. The staff—from the reception team to the dining service—was highly professional and courteous. As a person with a disability, I felt truly well-accommodated. There is guarded parking, and the beach is very clean with a gentle entry into the water. We were very pleased with Ms. Elena’s service; the room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the fresh towels and the towel art. We look forward to returning!
Very well maintained, the location close to the beach, the calmness and the staff being approachable and kind. Also variable food and very good. One big thank you and big like to Angelina the cleaning lady. She always left the room so clean and always with a a towel craft, super talented. And we were family of five, which I’m sure is very challenging to clean after us.
This is a general issue I see in all places I’ve visited in Bulgarian: there are no non smoking areas. For us it was a big issue. We felt sometimes that we couldn’t breathe. I hope the hotel sees this message: please keep in mind that there are also non smokers, but not even one area for them to breathe clean air unless you’re inside. Sometimes this feels like punishment. Also one more minor issue: the sheets are not fitted and there are no covers to the blankets. This was quite uncomfortable.
Servicii impecabile, personal foarte amabil, tot ce ține de hotel a fost foarte ok.
Plaja aferentă hotelului este mică, foarte aglomerată și este la comun cu hotelul alăturat Aquamarin. Greu de prins un șezlong la orele de vârf. Apa la piscină fiarte curată dar rece. Piscina foarte bine întreținută.
Kiváló elhelyezés, szép part, kedves személyzet, finom ételek.
Nincs sok látnivaló Kranevo-ban. Kevés a séta lehetőség.
