The room was fine EXCEPT I had better expectations since I reserved a jacuzzi room this was a small bathtub for 300 dollars I expect the usual square jucuzzi this tub is better suited for a 16 year old person as I’m 6’3 I couldn’t lay across like a normal sized let alone accommodate 2 people what a joke then this morning 10/3/25 at 7 am we lost all electricity in our room no lights in the restroom I had to take a shower in the dark, we lost A/C I TRIED to call the front desk of course the phone was 😵 dead. When I got to the lobby to check out I explained the situation and they could have offered me a consolation for a future visit but none was offered since I had paid for the room months in advance 10 floor room 2015 aside from our problem the hotel is gorgeous.

clean rooms, great staff. The hot water was an issue and the Jacuzzi was not properly working. Food was great, I recommend the breakfast buffet. Some small issues but overall I would come back
