We loved our stay! The hotel has a beautiful, modern design and feels like a museum, with unique pieces used by famous national and international bands. The pool is amazing! The staff was excellent, and we felt very safe throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!

el personal de check-in se dedica mas a platicar entre ellos cosas banales o personales que dar un buen servicio de llegada, la salida fue igual de decepcionante, a la hora de solicitar factura no explican bien y solo dan una hoja impresa con qr para solicitarla pero al hacerlo no responden correos no dan seguimiento y esta en riesgo de no obtener la factura de servicio de hospedaje
