El personal muy amable, las habitaciones espaciosas y lindas

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron (cama de dos plazas) era con vista al muro, sin luz natural y muy fría.
Cuando pedimos cambio de habitación, nos mostraron una mejor opción, pero había que pagar una diferencia de $25USD.
La habitación nueva era cómoda, pero el colchón se hundía al medio.
El desayuno era bufet, pero había muy poca variedad de alimentos.
Creo que el precio y la puntuación que tiene es muy elevada para la experiencia ofrecida.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!
Pros:

Location was exceptional. Close to great restaurants, art galleries, shops and the harbour. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Breakfast was delicious with a generous array of food. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

El lugar restaurado mantiene una mezcla entre edificio histórico, arte y diseño muy interesante.

El personal muy atento y diligente.

Cons:

Cumplieron con todo lo prometido.

Algunos detalles a tener en cuenta para quienes se interesan: el portón de acceso al estacionamiento es justo para que pase un auto grande por lo que toca maniobrar bien y pasar lento. La recepción efectivamente funciona de 7:00 a 23:00 horas, hay que asegurarse de llegar en esos horarios o avisar (tienen un teléfono de emergencia por cualquier situación, nosotros no usamos).

Pero son detalles que no alteraron nuestra estadía.
