Hotel Puente tiene muy buena ubicación, en barrio turístico y tranquilo. La atención que recibimos fue muy amable y de ayuda, especialmente de parte de Catalina. La calidad de las instalaciones es de alto nivel.

Fantastic, artilled property in stunning location. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Pros:

Room was lovely and filled with art. Staff was gracious. Breakfast was delicious, both buffet and cooked to order. Location on Cero Alegre is ideal for restaurants and strolling. Highly reccomend.

Considero que por el precio, las instalaciones deberían haber estado mucho mejor, ya que el olor del baño (alcantarilla)

La ubicación es excelente, el trato del staff es amable y cordial, y están atentos a resolver cualquier problema que se pueda presentar.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación olía a alcantarilla en todo momento, lo cual era muy desagradable, además, al tirar la cadena del inodoro, sonaba muy fuerte y el agua corría durante mucho rato, siendo incómodo especialmente si se va al baño en la noche. En fotos aparece un desayuno espectacular, sin embargo nada de lo que se mostraba en fotos era el real desayuno. Por poner un ejemplo: Entiendo que por la temporada no pueden haber las mismas frutas que en las fotos, sin embargo la porción de las frutas proporcionadas era mucho menor y se notaba que estas fueron descongeladas. El desayuno, en conclusión, es mucho más escuálido de lo que se muestra en fotos.
