Pros:

Avere un parcheggio sicuro a Valparaiso è un plus non da poco! Abitazione storica bellissima, in ottima posizione rispetto ai punti da visitare e ai ristoranti. Lo staff gentile e accomodante. Alcune cose nella camera potrebbero sembrare scomode (tipo il lavandino costruito su una vecchia macchina per cucire) ma mi hanno lasciato Senza parole per la loro bellezza. A colazione il buffet è un po' "ristretto" ma lo staff ha accontentato le richieste.

Cons:

Qualcosina in più nel buffet della colazione non sarebbe male. La pulizia del bagno migliorabile.

Concept original mais trop cher.

Emplacement au top pour les visites à pieds.
Personnel serviable.
Hotel confortable avec un concept original,chaque chambre à une déco faite par un artiste local, joli terrasse et bon petit déjeuner pas un grand choix mais suffisant.

L'établissement à vraiment besoin d'un coup de neuf ,peinture craquelée,salle de bain fissure ,filtre aération non nettoyés.
Terrasse ,piscine non fonctionnelle, tout est en chantier.
Dans la chambre, simple store occultant beige à la fenêtre et surtout le haut des portes est vitrée ,donc il fait toujours jours dans la chambre à cause des lumières du hall et couloir.
De nombreux chiens aboient.
Le prix est trop cher pour cet hôtel.

Se menciona que existe piscina pero no esta habilitada para su uso , el agua de la ducha en baño habitación no alcanza la temperatura adecuada casi fría y me hubiese gustado un desayuno con frutas de la estación , había poca en cantidad y variedad .
