Ein Traum wurde war dank dem netten und hilfsbereiten Personal und dem Flair des Hotels.
Pros:

Unsere Suite konnte über zwei große Aufzüge erreicht werden. Die Zimmertür war normal breit, ich kam mit meinem faltbaren Rollstuhl (73cm breit) gut durch die oflfene Tür. In der 50m2 großen Zimmer waren die Möbel so verteilt, dass ich mich mit dem Rolli frei bewegen konnte. Das schmackhafte Frühstücksbuffet stärkte uns für unsere Trips am Tag, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Es gab sogar Brez´n, Weißwurst, Sekt, lecker Eier, Bacon, verschiedene Säfte, frisches Obst um nur einige Schmankerl zu benennen. Abends verwöhnte uns "Hans im Glück" mit feinen Getränken, Aperitifs, Burgern, Salaten und kleinen Leckereien. Stellvertretend für das sehr höfliche, aufmerksame und nette Personal möchte ich einen meiner ersten Eindrücke in diesem Hotel schildern. Beim Einchecken in das Hotel lernte ich einen jungen asiatischen Mann kennen. Er gab mir sofort das Gefühl, hier bin ich gut angekommen und aufgehoben. Nach der Zimmerbelegung sprach ich ihn an mit der Bitte, ich würde gerne einen Duschhocker in der Dusche benutzen. Er wusste sofort, wie er mir helfen konnte. Wir konnten uns ruhig in die Bar setzen, er kümmerte sich sofort darum zauberte den Hocker herbei und brachte ihn in unser Zimmer. Übrigens, lassen sie sich von dem Zimmerkellner auf Ihrem Zimmer mit einem Drink verwöhnen. Er liest Ihnen die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Neugierig? Er ist zwar nicht gerade die Stimmungskanone, er redet nicht. Er hört auf den Namen "Robbi". Ihnen verrate ich gerne seine Telefonnummer: Es ist die 8888, er kommt sofort.

Cons:

Lediglich bei der Dusche könnte nachgebessert werden. Die Silikonstreifen an der Duschabtrennung haben sich an einigen Stellen gelöst und sollten erneuert werden.

Un fin de semana perfecto!
Pros:

La atención del personal, exquisita y muy agradable. Zona de restauración, muy bonita, buen ambiente, buena comida y muy buena atención, los.mojitos muy buenos😜

Cons:

Lo cierto es que me ha gustado todo, incluso su ubicación, para mis intereses, estaba perfecta, además que hay una parada de bus, justo en la puerta, lo que te comunica en pocos minutos con el centro y con el metro.
